中药对猪场常见病原菌的药敏特性及联合抑菌活性评价

摘要
以常见的50味中药提取液对大肠杆菌、巴氏杆菌、链球菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和放线杆菌等6种猪场常见病原菌进行药敏试验,并在测定单味中药对上述病原菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)的基础上,采用微量棋盘稀释法进行中药两两联用抑菌活性试验,通过计算抑菌浓度指数(FICI)判断药物互作效应。药敏试验结果表明,乌梅、大黄、黄芩、金银花、连翘、野菊花和五倍子对6种猪场常见病原菌均表现为高度敏感。药物MIC测定结果显示,以乌梅、大黄、桂枝、金银花、连翘、野菊花和五倍子等7味中药对6种猪场常见病原菌的MIC较低,故选取这7味中药进行两两联合用药试验。在中药两两联用抑菌活性试验中,乌梅+桂枝、大黄+桂枝、桂枝+连翘、桂枝+野菊花、桂枝+五倍子呈拮抗效应;乌梅+五倍子、大黄+连翘、大黄+野菊花、大黄+五倍子、金银花+连翘、金银花+野菊花、连翘+野菊花呈协同效应;乌梅+大黄、乌梅+金银花、乌梅+连翘、乌梅+野菊花、大黄+金银花、桂枝+金银花、金银花+五倍子、连翘+五倍子、野菊花+五倍子呈相加效应。
        The single-factor antibacterial effects and two-by-two combined bacteriostatic activities of 50 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine extraction solutions to 6 common pathogenic bacteria(Escherichia coli,Pasteurella,Streptococcus,Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus and Actinobacillus) in pig farm were studied through drug susceptibility test and by using microdilution checkerboard technique. The results of drug susceptibility test showed that the above 6 pathogenic bacteria were all highly susceptible to dark plum,Chinese rhubarb,baikal skullcap root,honeysuckle,forsythia,wild chrysanthemum and gallnut. The results of test for Minimal Inhibitory Concentration(MIC) of traditional Chinese medicines indicated that dark plum,Chinese rhubarb,cassia twig,honeysuckle,forsythia,wild chrysanthemum and gallnut all had a lower MIC against above 6 pathogenic bacteria in pig farm,so these 7 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were selected to conduct the two-by-two combined bacteriostatic test.In the two-by-two combined bacteriostatic activity tests,by calculating the Fractional Inhibitory Concentration Index(FICI),dark plum+ cassia twig,Chinese rhubarb+ cassia twig,cassia twig+ forsythia,cassia twig+ wild chrysanthemum,and cassia twig+ gallnut had an antagonistic effect; dark plum + gallnut,Chinese rhubarb + forsythia,Chinese rhubarb + wild chrysanthemum,Chinese rhubarb+ gallnut,honeysuckle+ forsythia,honeysuckle+ wild chrysanthemum,and forsythia+ wild chrysanthemum had a synergistic effect; dark plum+ Chinese rhubarb,dark plum + honeysuckle,dark plum + forsythia,dark plum + wild chrysanthemum,Chinese rhubarb+ honeysuckle,cassia twig+ honeysuckle,honeysuckle+ gallnut,forsythia+ gallnut,and wild chrysanthemum+ gallnut had an additive effect.
