摘要
分析了熔池熔炼工艺在处理废线路板过程中铜与炉渣不易分离的原因,基于理论计算和试验验证,以SiO_2-CaO-FeO-Al_2O_3渣型为基础,实现了炉渣含铜控制在0.7%以下。熔池熔炼工艺处理1t废线路板的直接成本为1 200元,经济效益可期,社会效益和环境效益显著。
Causes for difficult separation of copper and slag during treatment of waste printed circuit board by bath smelting technology were analyzed.Based on theoretical calculation and experimental verification,copper content in slag system of SiO_2-CaO-FeO-Al_2O_3is controlled below 0.7%.Direct cost for processing1ton of wasted printed circuit board is 1 200RMB with predictable economic benefit and remarkable social and environmental benefit.
