农业多功能视角下北京乡村旅游的发展路径

摘要
党的十九大提出乡村振兴战略,而乡村旅游是乡村振兴的重要突破口,发展乡村旅游能够有效推进乡村振兴战略。目前我国乡村旅游发展已进入转型升级的攻坚阶段,仍存在着产品创新开发程度不够、产业链条短、乡村文化建设受轻视、乡村生态资源缺少科学规划和保护等问题。乡村旅游的发展扎根农村、依托农业,以农业多功能性的角度提出要开发特色产品,增加北京乡村旅游产品异质性、促进景区间联动、提升文化竞争力和完善生态保护和投入机制等发展路径,以推动我国乡村旅游的可持续发展。
Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC put forward the strategy of rural revitalization, the rural tourism has been an important breakthrough for rural revitalization. Developing rural tourism can effectively promote the strategy of rural revitalization. At present, China's rural tourism development has entered a critical stage of transformation and upgrading. There are still some problems,such as insufficient product innovation and development, short of industrial chain, neglect of rural cultural construction, and lack of scientific planning and protection of rural ecological resources. The development of rural tourism is rooted from the countryside and depends on agriculture. From the perspective of multi-function of agriculture, it proposes to develop characteristic products, to increase the heterogeneity of rural tourism products in Beijing, to promote the linkage between scenic spots, to enhance cultural competitiveness and to improve the mechanism of ecological protection and investment, so as to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in China.
