冲击厚煤层巷道支护技术研究

摘要
目标矿井地质条件复杂且常受采动影响,矿井支护方式经常选择联合支护,支护方式以锚喷支护、锚网支护及钢拱架支护为主。然而,现阶段的支护方式仍然未取得较好的支护效果,对于矿井的生产造成了较为严重的威胁。基于此,本文以巷道支护理论为研究背景,对于现阶段的支护方式进行改进,主要通过超前卸压实现巷道的支护,并且联合快速封闭技术及表面喷浆技术进行巷道的支护。现场实践表明,新型支护方案取得了较为理想的支护效果,同时相对于原有支护方案,支护后围岩稳定性提升,最高稳定率可达98%,出现变形的几率仅为5%。
        The geological conditions of the target mine are complex and often affected by mining. The joint support method is often chosen, and the support method is mainly anchor spray support, anchor net support and steel arch support. However, the current support method has not yet achieved a good support effect, which poses a relatively serious threat to the mine production. Based on this, this paper takes the theory of roadway support as the background of research, and improves the way of roadway support in the present stage. It mainly realizes roadway support through forward unloading pressure, and combines fast closure technology and surface grouting technology to support roadway. Field practice shows that the new support scheme has achieved a relatively ideal support effect. At the same time, compared with the original support scheme, the stability of the surrounding rock after the support is improved, the maximum stability rate can reach 98 %, and the probability of deformation is only 5 %.
