钻分级箍抗反扭矩工具的设计

摘要
为解决钻分级箍施工过程中入井管柱反转导致的机械钻速慢、作业效率低、安全风险高等问题,设计了一种抗反扭矩工具。该抗反扭矩工具主要包括工具支架、力臂环、工具短节和短节套,工具支架是由圆柱滑轨和半月形钢板底座焊接而成,利用加强筋加固;力臂环与短节套通过六方钢柱焊接,组成抗反扭矩工具传递反向扭矩的桥梁;工具短节为多面柱体,与短节套的多面孔配合。利用数值模拟方法,以反向扭矩作用下同时满足刚度和强度条件为原则,对工具短节的结构进行了优选,并开展了抗反扭矩工具的现场试验。数值模拟结果优选工具短节为六方结构,抗反扭矩工具在现场应用中可提高机械钻速126%,且施工过程中无任何受力薄弱环节,表明该工具安全有效,可提高钻分级箍的工作效率,缩短施工周期,彻底解决了钻分级箍时出现的管柱反转问题。
        In order to solve the problems of low rate of penetration, low construction efficiency and high safety risk caused by the reverse rotation of the casing string during the operation of drilling stage(collar)cementing distributor, an anti-reverse torque tool is designed.The anti-reverse torque tool mainly includes a tool bracket, arm ring, tool short piece and short sleeve.The tool bracket is welded by using a cylindrical sliding rail and a semi-moon shaped steel plate base, and is reinforced by a reinforcing rib.The arm ring and the short sleeve are welded by a hexagonal steel column to form a bridge for transmitting reverse torque by the anti-torque tool.The tool short piece is a multi-faceted cylinder that fits with the multiple face hole of the short piece.Based on the principle of satisfying the stiffness and strength conditions under the action of reverse torque, the structure of the tool short piece is optimized by numerical simulation method.Field application of the anti-reverse torque tool is carried out.The tool short piece is a hexagonal structure by the numerical simulation results.The anti-reverse torque tool can increase the penetration rate by 126% and there is no weak point in the operation process.It shows that the anti-reverse torque tool is safe and effective, can improve the operation efficiency, shorten the operation period, and completely solve the problem of reverse rotation of the casing string during the operation of drilling stage cementing distributor.
