摘要
以消除重庆盘溪河黑臭水体为目标,结合流域水环境状况,分析了导致黑臭现象的具体原因,按来源计算了盘溪河的污染物负荷。结果表明:生活污水占比最大,其次是雨水径流,内源释放量相对较低。以"控源截污-水质净化-生态修复"为治理思路,拟定盘溪河流域黑臭水体治理方案为外源治理主要实施管网改造、污水处理、溢流污染控制、初期雨水污染控制;内源治理主要实施河道、湖库清淤,采用再生水作为沿河公园的景观水和湖库的清洁水,增加水体的流动性和环境容量,并对局部河段进行生态恢复改造。
        In order to eliminate the black and odorous water bodies in Panxi River of Chongqing,the possible reasons for current results were analyzed in consideration of the whole environment along the river basin,and the pollutant load from different sources was calculated. The results showed that the domestic sewage was the major attributor to the pollution,followed by the rainwater runoff. But the amount of endogenous release of the river sediments was relatively low. According to the concept of "source interception control-water purification-ecological restoration",the strategy to eliminate the black and odorous water bodies in Panxi River Basin was proposed. External pollutants management were mainly implemented relying on pipeline network transformation,sewage treatment,overflow pollution control,initial rainwater pollution control. Endogenous pollution control are mainly by implemented by dredging of rivers and lakes,using reclaimed water as the clean water,and ecological restoration of local river sections.
