电信综合网管集中告警管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
在电信事业蓬勃发展的今天,综合化、分布化、智能化已经成为电信网络管理技术发展的方向。电信管理网TMN(Telecommunication Management Network)作为一个国际通行的电信管理网的规范架构,已经被越来越多的网管系统所采纳实行。作为电信网管理网五大功能之一的故障管理功能,通过对网络中设备状态的监控,能够实时的反映出整个网络的运行状态,对于网络中发生的异常情况,能够为网络维护人员提供详细的异常信息及相应的处理解决方案。可以说,一个性能优异、界面友好的故障管理系统是一个电信网管系统的重要组成部分。
     该系统主要是针对NEC公司的INC100、EM100等多个电信综合网管系统,他们分别管理不同的网络,对于网络管理员来说就必须承担不同系统的管理工作,这对于网络的维护、故障的处理带来了诸多不便。因此,这个系统的主要目标就是在开发一个能够综合管理多个综合网管的告警管理功能,显示全部告警,并把告警做成派工单形式发给维修部门或者人员,这样使故障维护简单化,提升了系统的智能性。
     本文系统详细介绍了该项目的设计开发思路和实现方法。首先介绍了该项目的背景及意义,然后进行了充分的论证;依据项目的设计原则及目标,提出了系统的总体设计,对比TMN的功能体系及结构体系,给出了系统用例、功能体系结构、系统框架和数据库的设计方案。在实现部分,对系统的主要功能点,告警接口使能模块、数据采集及处理模块、拓扑模块、告警接收功能及数据库访问功能这几个关键进行了详细的论述。最后,对系统的进一步完善和发展方向提出了自己的看法。
Today , with the booming development of telecommunication industry , the telecommunication network management technology tends to be comprehensive ,distributed and intelligent. As a prevailing international standard architecture of telecommunications network,TMN,Telecommunication Management Network has been widely been adopted by more and more network management system. As an important management function of the telecommunication management network , the fault management function can report the operation conditions of the network on a real-time basis through the monitoring over the equipment in the network. For the abnormal conditions in the network,the fault management function can provide the detailed information about abnormal conditions and the corresponding solutions. In other words,the outstanding fault management system with user-friendly interface is an integral part of the telecommunication network management system.
     The system is mainly faced to INC100, EM100 etc. several telecommunication INMS, which manage different network. To the network managers, it means different management that bring many inconvenience of maintaining and processing network. Therefore, the system mainly aim at developing a Fault Management System in INMS, which can showing the whole warning, and making in into the form of work list in order to send to the maintain section or the maintainers,so it will simplify the fault maintenance and hoist the system intelligence.
     This article explains the whole design thought and implement methods of the project. Firstly introduces the background and value of the project, then is the full theory argumentation. According to the design and targets of the item, putting forward the overall design, including UML, function structure and frame design,databases design, contrasting to the function and structure of TMN. At the part of implementation, giving detail treatise of main function of the system at data collection and procession, topology part and Alarm received and databases interview etc. At the end of the paper,the development orientation of this system is brought out.
