智能注水设备的研究

摘要
嵌入式系统是指以应用为中心,以计算机技术为基础,软件硬件可裁剪的,适应于应用系统的对功能、可靠性、成本、体积、功耗有严格要求的专用计算机系统。由于嵌入式系统具有体积小、性能强、功耗低、可靠性高以及面向行业应用的突出特征,目前已经广泛地应用于军事国防、消费电子、网络通信、工业控制等各个领域。基于嵌入式芯片的工业自动化设备具有很大的发展空间,目前己经有大量的嵌入式微控制器应用在诸如工业过程控制、数控机床、电力系统、电网安全、电网设备监测、石油化工系统等领域。
     本文根据油田二次采油过程中注水的工艺环节,采用嵌入式系统设计了一套自动注水装置。该系统在注水过程中可以实时检测井下压力,将读取的实时压力数据与参考标准压力数据进行比较,并通过控制步进电机实时调整给水阀门,从而动态地实时控制注水的流量,使管道压力始终保持动态恒定。系统采用S3C44b0为核心处理器,充分利用了ARM处理器高性能、低功耗、低成本的优点,完成了系统设计,最后给出仿真实验过程及结论。另外,由于在工业现场总线和以太网之间却没有一套优良的网络设备妥善处理相应数据,不利于数据在不同网络间相互通讯。针对这种情况设计了一种基于ARM处理器的嵌入式以太网接口系统。
     实验结果表明,该系统的性能稳定,测量精度和实时性都达到了预期要求,具有可靠性高、操作简单、维护容易等特点,具有很好的应用前景。
Embedded system is specialization computer system which base on the computer technology, emphases application, transplants of the software and hardware, and that rigorous to the aspect of function, reliability, cost, volume, and lower dissipation. Because of the characteristics of small volume, strong performance, lower dissipation and high reliability, the embedded system has applied in military affairs, electric consumable product, network communication, industrial control etc. The industrial automation equipment based on embedded system has been developed widely. Now, a lot of embedded micro control chip have been used in the field of industry process control, numerical control machine, electric power system, electric network security, power network equipment monitor, petrochemical engineering etc.
     The embedded system design of water automatic adding instrument for secondary oil production process is based on the core of S3C44b0 processor. The systems were used in oil well pressure real-time measurement and compared the measured data with the standard pressure data. Through analysis, the system will control the switch of water adding electric control valves to real-time adjusting water injecting flux, which can keep the pipeline pressure homeostasis. In the paper, the emulation procedure and conclusion of test are given which is attributing to the advantages of high performance for the embedded system, such as, lower dissipation, low cost, high reliability, simple operation, easy maintenance etc. In addition, an embedded Ethernet interface system based on ARM processor is also designed in this paper, because there didn’t have a set of good network equipment to deal with network data between the industrial locale bus and the Ethernet.
     The experiment results indicated that the system design caters to prospective requirement of high accuracy, well repeatability, real-time control, long using-life etc. The system expectant to have better application foreground,
