低周波与电针治疗中风偏瘫后肩关节半脱位的疗效比较

摘要
目的:比较研究低周波治疗与电针治疗中风偏瘫后肩关节半脱位的疗效。
     方法:本课题将60例中风偏瘫后肩关节半脱位患者随机分为电针组与低周波治疗组,观察各组治疗前后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)法评分,及肩关节半脱位疗效判定标准评定各组的临床疗效。
     结果:电针法是一种积极有效的治疗中风偏瘫后肩关节半脱位的治疗方法总有效率达90.00%,低周波治疗中风偏瘫后肩关节半脱位的总有效率为86.67%两组经统计学处理没有显著性差异表明疗效相似。但电针组治疗后疼痛(VAS)法评分为1.77±1.57,低周波治疗组治疗后疼痛(VAS)法评分为2.93±1.61经统计学处理后P<0.05具有显著性差异,表明电针组在止痛方面优于低周波治疗组。
     结论:低周波治疗法与电针治疗法均能有效改善肩关节半脱位和肩部疼痛症状,并且电针治疗组在缓解疼痛方面改善明显,低周波疗法因为是无创性疗法在临床上容易被患者接受。
Objective: To study the curing effect comparatively in applying the low cycle treatment and electro-acupuncture treatment to cure the shoulder joint half dislocation caused by palsied hemiplegy.
     Methods: 60 cases were chosen and randomly divided into two groups: low cycle treatment group and electro-acupuncture treatment group. VAS and the determined standard of the degree of shoulder joint half dislocation and the curing effect in curing shoulder joint half dislocation were conducted to investigate the clinical curing effect before or after treatment in each group.
     Results: The overall curing effective rate of electro-acupuncture in curing the shoulder joint half dislocation caused by palsied hemiplegy was 90.00%, but the overall curing effective rate of low cycle treatment was 86.67%.And there were no statistically significantly differences observed between two groups, so the both methods in curing the shoulder joint half dislocation caused by palsied hemiplegy had the similar effect. But applying the VAS method to evaluate the grade of both treatment in curing the pain of the shoulder joint half dislocation was different, the grade of the electro-acupuncture treatment was 1.77±1.57, the grade of the low cycle treatment was 2.93±1.61. So there was a significant difference (p<0.05) in both treatments by studying the grades statistically which showed that electro-acupuncture treatment had a batter effect in acesodyne than low cycle treatment.
     Conclusion: Both treatments can improve efficiently the symptom of shoulder joint half dislocation and pain of shoulder , andelectro-acupuncture has a significant effect in improving the symptom of shoulder pain, but low cycle therapeutics can be accepted universally because this kind of treatment has no hurt.
