MT公司技术创新能力综合评价与分析

摘要
企业的技术创新是推动社会发展的原动力之一,特别是科技型企业的技术创新,已成为国家竞争力的重要组成部分。但是,从理论与实践相结合角度看,科研转制型科技企业作为中国中小型企业特殊的一种存在形式,创新机制如何运转、技术创新能力如何、技术创新能否持续等课题,都需要做更深入地研究。本文以煤矿机械设计、生产为主要业务的科研转制型企业MT公司为对象,研究企业的技术创新能力综合评价这一课题。作为面向问题的理论应用尝试,本文希望通过对MT公司技术创新能力现状和评价的研究,探索科研转制型企业技术创新能力的构成要素和提高企业技术创新能力的途径。
本文首先对技术创新理论进行了总结和回顾,其中重点研究了技术创新的过程理论和技术创新的能力理论,根据技术创新的基本性质和基本过程、成功企业技术创新给予的启示、企业技术创新调查及统计分析结果及本人对MT公司及类似科研转制企业技术创新实践及特点的研究及思考,建立了企业技术创新能力构成模型,其次,对MT公司的技术创新现状进行了深入地研究和挖掘,总结出MT公司技术创新的特点;在技术创新能力构成模型的基础上,构建了MT公司技术创新能力的评价指标体系并进行了问卷调查,进而运用层次模糊评价的方法对MT公司的技术创新能力进行了综合评价。最后,根据评价结果和对MT公司的实地了解,针对公司存在的技术创新能力方面突出的问题,为公司管理层提供了相应的对策和建议。
The technique innovation made by enterprises has become the motivity prompting social development. Especially, technical enterprises have become the important part of national competition ability. But on the other hand, few researches on innovation system, innovation ability, innovation persistence ability of a special type of tech-enterprises which are transferred from research institute. This thesis observes MT Corporation whose main business is designing and producing the coal mine machine, and analyze it’s the present condition and ability of technological innovation, further more seek the composing main factors of the technological innovation ability of the tech-enterprise transferred from research institute.
This thesis reviews domestic and international innovation theories, and put forward a technique innovation ability ingredient model on the basis of the theories of innovation process and innovation ability. By observing the technological innovation process of MT Corporation, we get features of technological innovation of Corporation. We designed the technological innovation ability evaluation index system of MT Corporation and the questionnaire based on the model, invited 10 experts to finish the investigation, acquired the more infallible and thoroughly data, and valued innovation ability of MT Corporation using the fuzzy appraisal method and the layers analysis method. Further more, according to the evaluation result and to the on-the-spot understanding of the Corporation of MT, we believe that the technological innovation mode of MT Corporation is an excellent mode. It is fully suitable for the tech-enterprise transferred from research institute. Adopting to virtual produce and profession service, and aim at the main existence problems, MT Corporation provide the homologous countermeasures for other enterprises transferred from research institute.
本文首先对技术创新理论进行了总结和回顾,其中重点研究了技术创新的过程理论和技术创新的能力理论,根据技术创新的基本性质和基本过程、成功企业技术创新给予的启示、企业技术创新调查及统计分析结果及本人对MT公司及类似科研转制企业技术创新实践及特点的研究及思考,建立了企业技术创新能力构成模型,其次,对MT公司的技术创新现状进行了深入地研究和挖掘,总结出MT公司技术创新的特点;在技术创新能力构成模型的基础上,构建了MT公司技术创新能力的评价指标体系并进行了问卷调查,进而运用层次模糊评价的方法对MT公司的技术创新能力进行了综合评价。最后,根据评价结果和对MT公司的实地了解,针对公司存在的技术创新能力方面突出的问题,为公司管理层提供了相应的对策和建议。
