论《幽灵之家》的女性意识

摘要
在拉丁美洲这样的父权体制之下,女性开始自觉到该为自己找寻出路,不能再当男性眼中的物品,她们想将主权拿回自己手上,夺回发言权,为自己发声,走出属于自己的路。本文以伊莎贝尔·阿连德小说《幽灵之家》为研究对象,对小说进行女性主义叙事研究,对埃斯特万家族女性在觉醒道路上所作的努力行进探讨,以期在一定程度上填补国内对《幽灵之家》女性研究的空白,丰富拉美女性文学研究。
论文主要由三个部分来形成完整的框架。
第一部分女性自我意识的觉醒：埃斯特万家族女性从“旧我”走向“新我”,从身体主权的重获和性意识的觉醒两个方面对自我进行深层认知和定位以期获得生命主体蜕变的契机。
第二部分以女性生存经验言说历史：阿连德用女性生存经验来考虑社会历史脉络,让历史拉回到女性身上,拉回到她们真我的生命之中。阿尔芭竭力用太祖母的照片、祖母的笔记、母亲的书信、家庭资料来连接起整段历史展现了一个被压制且被遗忘的但却真实存在的一个女性世界,传达了男性叙述者所无法企及的现实世界中的另一面,也有效抵制了在男性书写中女性主体缺失的现象。
第三部分女性沉默与反抗：沉默在《幽灵之家》中颠覆了表面意义上的沉默,而成为女性人物展现内心世界的载体。阿连德用沉默这种独特形式来体现克拉腊、布兰卡、阿尔芭这三位女主人公的反抗精神,展现出三位不受男性主宰,拥有独立意识的新女性,用女性观点重新赋予女性沉默新的特质、新的诠释。
最后总结出阿连德在《幽灵之家》中女性叙事呈现的三点时代意义：第一,肯定女性觉醒的自我努力；第二,自创女性语言；第三,解构男性父权的实验精神。阿连德将女性叙事带进拉美文坛,试图建构一个女性时代,一个女性王国,以显示出传统的父权时代已遭松动,而多元发声的时候已经到来。
In such a patriarchal Latin America, women began consciously to find a way out to get the body ownership back, not as the belongings of the males. In this paper, Isabel Allende's novel the House of the Spirits as the research objeet, was explored in the strategy of feminist narrative. Studying the efforts of the women in the Estebans on the road of feminist consciousness fills the blank of this part and enriches Latin American literature study.
This paper proceeds in three sections.
In the first section of feminist consciousness awakening:The Esteban women regained the body ownership and sexual awakening to transform from "the old" to "the new" ones.
In the second section of female history from women survival experience: Allende put female survival experience into history to get the real women back. Alba tried to use the photos of Nivea, notes of Clara, letters of Blanca to show a suppressed and forgotten but a real female world, to convey what the male narrator can not expressed, effectively resisting the female absence in male narrative.
In the second section of female silence and resistance:Silence, not as the surface meaning, can show the inner world of the female characters. Allende employed silence to convey the resistance of clara, Blanca and Alba, showing the independent new women who were not dominated by the males, and giving the silence a new interpretation.
In conclusion, there are three female narrative characteristics in Allende's the House of the Spirits:the efforts in feminist conseiousness awakening, the typical female language and the deconstruction of patriarchalism. Allende brought female narrative into Latin American literature, trying to construct a female age to show that the traditional patriarchal era has been loosed and a new female narrative world has come.
