农村公路小尺寸水泥混凝土路面设计研究

摘要
小尺寸水泥混凝土路面,就是通过减小水泥混凝土板板体的结构尺寸,从而达到降低板厚,节约材料,降低建设成本和养护成本的一种路面结构形式,适用于农村公路中低交通量要求的水泥路面建设。国内外在农村公路建设中,研究课题大多集中于低造价沥青路面、超薄水泥混凝土罩面、水泥混凝土轮迹路面、联锁块路面等方向,关于农村公路小尺寸水泥混凝土路面结构的研究在国内外都很少,尚属探索性研究。
     无论水泥混凝土板的几何尺寸还是受力状态,小尺寸水泥混凝土路面结构和全断面水泥混凝土路面结构存在着一定的差别,其设计方法不能完全照搬常规水泥混凝土路面的设计方法。基于该原因,本文开展了小尺寸水泥混凝土路面设计研究。
     本文建立并验证了小尺寸水泥混凝土路面有限元计算模型,通过有限元计算分析,对比荷载作用在小尺寸板不同位置时的最大主应力,确定小尺寸水泥混凝土路面的临界荷位处于纵缝边缘中部。并分析了在路面板厚度、板长、基层模量、基层厚度以及土基模量等不同参数组合时荷载应力和温度应力的变化规律。
     通过对小尺寸水泥混凝土路面可能破坏模式进行分析,研究认为其主要破坏模式为面层板断裂破坏,提出小尺寸水泥混凝土路面结构设计应以行车荷载和温度梯度综合作用产生的疲劳断裂作为设计的极限状态;考虑到农村公路使用阶段可能出现的重载现象,提出小尺寸水泥混凝土路面结构设计还应考虑小尺寸板极限断裂的验算。
     本文还对小尺寸水泥混凝土路面在施工方面与全幅水泥混凝土道路不同的施工方法、施工工艺及要求进行了讨论,分析了边缘约束的施工形式,提出关于分阶段建设的两种铺筑方式,同时针对填充区域的回填以及压实进行分析,并参考现行规范给出了小尺寸水泥混凝土路面的施工质量检查标准。
The small slab cement concrete pavement is a kind of pavement suitable of the construct of low volume rural road, which could reduce construct cost and maintain cost by the way reducing the size of concrete slabs. No matter home and aboard, the research of rural road construction mainly focus on low cost asphalt pavement, ultra-thin whitetopping structure, cement concrete strips pavement and concrete interlocking block pavement, but less on small slab cement concrete pavement.
     Considering whatever size and state under stress, there are some differences between small slab cement concrete pavement and normal cement concrete pavement and its design couldn’t merely use the design method of cement concrete pavement. Based on the reason, the design method of small slab cement concrete pavement is researched in this article.
     Build up and validate the finite element model of small slab cement concrete pavement. According to the analysis of finite element calculating, confirm the critical load position is the middle edge of small slab cement concrete pavement longitudinal joints, and analyze the variance regulation of load stress and temperature stress with the different factors of slab thickness, slab length, base modulus, base thickness and ground modulus.
     According to the research of the destroy mode of small slab cement concrete pavement, consider the mainly destroy should be the slab fracture, and propose the fatigue fracture as the design ultimate state, which is result by the combined action of load and temperature. Considered probable over load in the using section of rural road, propose that the ultimate fracture caused by over load should be checked in design.
     In the article, discuss the different construction technics between small slab cement concrete pavement and normal, research the construction method of edge restriction, propose the paving method of grading construction of rural road, research the backfilling and compaction in the filled band, and proposed the construction quality check standard of small slab cement concrete pavement.
