安康城市边缘区村庄空间整合研究

摘要
由于城市空间规模的不断扩展和城乡统筹发展进程的展开,位于城市边缘区的村庄空间将会发生改变。特别是随着城市发展条件的改变,城市建设不断侵入边缘区。为了实现中心城区的迅速扩张和城乡统筹发展,城市边缘区的村庄空间整合是当务之急。在这种发展形势下,本文以实地调研和实例研究相结合的形式对安康城市边缘区村庄作为具体研究对象进行空间整合研究。
本文首先以一定方法界定安康城市边缘区范围。以城市边缘区的50个村庄为具体研究对象,分析村庄空间现状,发现村庄空间布局和发展中存在的问题。同时对安康城市边缘区村庄发展演变进行研究,探寻村庄空间变化和发展的动力机制。通过对与村庄发展有密切关系的城市边缘区分析,根据现实状况和未来发展定位,对安康城市边缘区进行功能分区。村庄未来的发展以功能区职能为依据,同时对村庄发展潜力进行评价,将评价结果归成三类,并对三类发展潜力不同的村庄考虑实施不同的整合方式。在村庄空间整合目标的指引和已有的村庄空间整合模式的适用性评价下,根据安康城市边缘区村庄的实际情况选择空间整合方式,并提出整合策略和措施保证城乡空间统筹发展的实现。下面分章节具体说明写作思路及文章结构：
第一章绪论。界定相关概念；在分析宏观背景和理论发展的基础上,确定论文的立论依据；介绍论文的研究方法、技术路线及内容结构安排。
第二、三、四、五章是论文的主体部分。
第二章首先对安康城市边缘区范围进行界定,分析安康城市边缘区村庄的人口分布、用地布局、生产或生活等特征。发现安康城市边缘区的村庄居民点分布类型多样,呈大分散小集中的杂乱布局、土地利用粗放,存在空心村现象、村庄内部发展无序,基础设施和公共服务设施缺乏等一系列问题。
第三章对不同时期安康城市边缘区村庄的横向、纵向对比,发现村庄空间演变的一般规律和四种演变模式。对出现不同演变模式的原因作分析,为下文的整合方法提供依据。同时探寻村庄空间发展变化的动力机制,为边缘区村庄空间整合提供整合内在机制。
第四章分析安康城市边缘区功能现状,构建边缘区域合理的功能定位来解决边缘区域存在的问题。综合边缘区村庄发展现状和合理的功能定位,确定边缘区功能区划,村庄整合方向以边缘区功能区划为参考。根据边缘区村庄的将来的发展趋势,确定村庄发展潜力评价指标,将村庄发展潜力归为三类,作为村庄空间整合方式的重要参考指标。
第五章综合上文研究安康边缘区村庄、边缘区发展中存在问题和村庄发展趋势,制定村庄空间整合目标。评价已有村庄整合模式的适用性,同时总结安康城市边缘区村庄已有的整合方式的实施结果,选择适宜的整合方式,并应用到不同布局和功能区划的村庄内加以实例说明。文章最后提出相应的策略和保障措施,保证城乡空间统筹发展的实现。
论文最后对可继续开展的研究进行了探讨和展望。
