时速120km/h的提速货车可靠性试验与研究

摘要
鉴于2006年初,在提速货车120km/h环行线第二阶段可靠性试验中,发现初始动力学测试的38辆车中有10辆提速改造空车部分动力学性能指标超标;在近两个月运行试验的60辆车中有5辆60t级车(G60K型罐车2辆,NX17BK型平车1辆,C64H型敞车1辆、G70H型罐车1辆)承载鞍磨耗严重;摆动式转向架导框摇动座固定块脱落和侧架向内倾斜等问题。
     为尽快解决可靠性试验中出现的问题,在2006年10月1日前完成第六次大提速的各项准备工作,确保第六次大提速顺利进行和提速货车120km/h运行安全可靠,铁道部运输局装备部货车处立即组织齐车公司,西安、北京二七、株洲和眉山等有关工厂和铁科院、四方所的技术负责人和专家集中在环行线进行专题攻关,并于4月20日成立了提速货车120km/h可靠性试验联合工作组,系统分析、全面查找环行线可靠性试验中出现问题的原因,研究提出改进措施和确保120km/h提速安全运行的技术方案、实施方案、运用检修限度及评价标准。
     针对上述车辆在试验中出现的问题,我迅速开展工作,首先对所有的60辆参试车辆进行了全面外观检查,对出现问题的7辆典型车辆进行了全面分解检测及1辆状态良好车辆的对比分解检测;对前期多次动力学试验、综合性能试验及全面分解检测等数据进行了梳理、汇总及分析;同时运用静力分析及动力学仿真计算比较分析的方法进行多角度分析,查找影响因素,讨论阶段分析结果和改进方案,研究安排主要工作。在充分分析、计算和讨论的基础上,提出了改进措施和试验验证方案并组织进行了动力学试验验证。
