真维斯爱心助学项目管理研究

摘要
本文选择真维斯爱心助学活动的项目管理作为研究对象，主要是基于实践和理论两方面的考虑。在实践角度，真维斯爱心助学项目是一项对于社会和企业都有积极意义的项目，而其在项目实施的环节又确实存在改进的可能性，可以为企业和社会带来更大效益。在理论研究方面，企业捐赠管理确实与项目管理有一定的共性，为本文的研究提供了新的思路和方向。因此引入项目管理的一系列理论进行分析，在这一应用领域也有少数学者有所涉猎，但是涉及具体企业项目的研究目前还没有。综合以上两方面的原因，笔者选择这一领域作为自己研究的对象，希望能够在研究中对理论和实践都能起到一定的指导意义。
在本文中，第一章绪论，介绍研究概述，第二章对真维斯爱心助学项目的背景进行详尽的介绍。在后文中，采用项目管理的框架对助学项目进行分析，结构包括：第三章介绍项目的概况，在文章的主体部分对项目实施的每一个重要环节中的现状、存在问题和解决进行了研究，第四章介绍项目的计划与启动，第五章介绍项目的组织，第六章针对项目实施，第七章针对项目的控制，最后对全文进行了总结。
本文在开展研究之前对相关方面的理论进行了研究，文献资料进行了分析。在研究中本文主要使用访谈法、文献法和数据分析法，运用这些研究方法支持本文的研究，使文章在分析问题上更严谨、更透彻，在问题解决方案的提出更科学、更可行。同时使用访谈法，能够真实反映一线管理者的想法、反映项目团队成员的看法，结合项目管理理论进行分析能够得出指导企业更好地实施项目的方案，也为其他企业和研究者留下了宝贵的经验。
本文在企业捐赠项目的管理效率、沟通障碍、绩效评估和数据挖掘与管理四个方面分析了企业捐赠项目目前存在的问题，并通过查阅大量文献和资料运用团队管理与建设的7个方面来帮助企业更好地完成项目。
最后，文章通过总结本文所做的工作提出了项目管理在企业捐赠中应用的几个要点，可以为其他企业的实践有一定的指导意义。
This article chooses Jeanswest love student activities of the project managementas the research object, which is based on the practice and theory of the two aspects toconsider. In practical perspective, Jeanswest love student project is for society and theenterprise has the positive significance of project and the project implementation linkdo exist and the possibility of improving, for the enterprise and society bring greaterbenefits. In the aspect of theory, the enterprise donation management and projectmanagement really has certain common, for this paper research provides a new ideaand direction. So into a series of project management theory analysis, in thisapplication fields also have a few scholars have dabbled, but involves the concreteenterprise research projects of no. Comprehensive above two reasons, the authorselected the field as its own research object, the hope to be able to in the study oftheory and practice can have certain significance.
In this paper, the first chapter the introduction, this paper introduces researchsummaries, the second chapter for Jeanswest love student project background,introduced in detail. last this paper, using the project management framework ofstudent project analysis, structure including: the third chapter introduces the generalsituation of the project, the fourth chapter introduces the implementation of theproject, the fifth chapter of the evaluation of the project and problem analysis, thesixth chapter for the project problems to solve Suggestions are given, chapter7summarizes the operation of the enterprise donation program points, summing up thechapter8. Based on the research of the theory of related aspects before, the literature material isanalyzed. In the study this paper mainly use interview method, documentation anddata analysis, use the method of this paper research support, based on the analysis onthe problem more rigorous, more thoroughly, in problem resolution puts forwardmore scientific and more feasible. At the same time use interview method, can reflectthe true line managers, reflect the project team members view, with projectmanagement theory analysis can better implement that direct the enterprise projectscheme, and also for other enterprise and the researchers left a valuable experience.
Based on the enterprise donation of project management efficiency,communication obstacles, performance evaluation and data mining and managementthe four aspects analyzes the enterprise donation project the existing problems, and byconsulting a large number of literature and material use team management and theconstruction of seven aspects to help enterprises to better complete projects.
Finally, this paper summarizes the work of this paper put forward the projectmanagement in enterprise in donating several points of application, for otherenterprise practice has some significance.
