ATN中基于ADS-B的报文分发系统设计与实现

摘要
近年来,随着空中交通流量的飞速增长,通信导航系统承受了巨大压力。为了解决这些问题,国际民航组织规划和设计了新一代航空电信网(Aeronautical Telecommunication Network,简称ATN)。ATN是新一代航空电信网络,在本世纪初由国际民航组织开始建议实施。ATN并非一种新兴的底层通信网络,而是一个经过集成各种数据子网来实现统一数据传输服务的互联网络,是全球地空一体化的航空专用通信网络,可提供安全、可靠、高效的航空通信服务。航空器与地面站之间的报文分发一直是ATN中研究的热点,本课题主要设计和实现ATN中基于ADS-B的报文分发系统。
     本文在阅读了大量的参考文献的基础上,对移动切换技术做了深入的研究,在此基础上做了改进将其应用到ATN网络中,实现报文的准确,快速的转发。
     本文的主要工作如下:
     (1)由于ATN网络的特殊性,低空飞行的飞机有时会进入雷达的盲区,雷达无法得知飞机的具体位置,这样就存在了一个安全隐患。本文分析了开发报文分发系统的目的以及可行性,对系统的各个模块做了详细的设计。
     (2)分析了移动网络的各种切换机制以及性能,提出了一种基于“按需分发”的切换机制,将其应用在ATN网络中,提高了飞机在飞行过程中不断切换控制域的效率。
     (3)设计并实现了地空通信控制服务器和飞机信息管理服务器,共同完成飞机的切换过程以及飞机与地面站的声明签约。
In recent years, with the rapid growth of air traffic, communications and navigation system suffers severe pressure. To solove these issues, ICAO plans and designs a new generatiom Aeronautical Telecommunications Network, refers to ATN. ATN ,a new generation aeronautical telecommunications network,was suggested to implement by ICAO at the beginning of this century. ATN is not a new underlying communication network, but a unified data transmission network achieved by a variety of data subnet, is the world's aviation air-ground integration, dedicated to communication network, can provide safe, reliable and efficient aeronautical communications services.The message distribution between aircraft and ground station is always a hot research in ATN,this paper is mainly design and implement the message distribution system based ADS-B in ATN.
     In this paper, I read a lot of references, do a thorough research in the mobile switching technology. According to this,I make a improvement, applicates it to the ATN network, achieving an accurate , fast forwarding. The main work of this paper is as follows:
     (1) Because the unique of the ATN network, low-flying aircraft sometimes flies into the blind spot of radar, the radar can not recognize the specific location of the aircraft.So there is a security risk.This paper analyzes the purpose and feasibility of the development of the message distribution system,detailed designs various modules of the system .
     (2)Analyzes various mobile network switching mechanism and performance, proposes a switching mechanism based on "demand distribution". It is applied in the ATN network, improves the efficiency of the aircraft flies in different control domain .
     (3) Design and implement the communication control sever between air and ground,and the aircraft information management server.They together complete the switching process of aircraft and the subscription between aircraft and ground station.
