高速公路监控系统设计及关键技术研究

摘要
自从实施改革开放以来,我国的国民生产总值随国民经济快速的发展而持续高速增长,人民生活水平也不断的提高。在发展经济的过程中,交通工具的数量也随之增长,这对公路交通产生了不小的压力。而如今公路交通设施已更不上经济发展的要求,这对国民经济发展产生了制约的作用,形式了发展“瓶颈”。日渐严重的交通拥挤,频繁发生的安全事故,而对这一问题进行如何解决,己经形成对人们困扰的长期难题。高速公路监控系统是智能运输系统一部分,它为该问题给出了一个可行的解决方案。
     论文针对目前国内外高速公监控系统,概述了其研究现状,为高速公路监控系统的目的和作用作了分析;对高速公路监控的需求进行了深入分析,明确了监控系统的功能,研究了监控平台体系及功能需求;在进行监控系统设计时,研究了系统设计原则、监控控制策略的设计思想及生成、实施;并且对高速公路监控系统进行了详细的功能设计,同时研究了监控系统的架构设计、网络结构设计、软件结构设计;对监控系统硬件设备的组成和功能进行了了解,为监控系统提供了设计和开发的基础。同时着重讨论了视频监控的事件自动检测算法。
     论文最后在高速公路背景下,利用计算机视觉技术与数字图像处理技术研究、探讨了对运动车辆检测的一些算法,如自动检测、预测运动状态、自动跟踪车辆、检测交通事件等,能够对车辆进行避障、超速、换道、慢速、停止、交通阻塞等事件实施自动快速的检测,并进行交通流量、平均车速等交通参数的统计。对其他相似监控系统的设计提供了可供借鉴的经验。
From the reform and opening up, China's national economy has developed rapidly, sustained high GDP growth, people's living standards further. In Economic development process, the number of road transport the rapid growth, increased road traffic pressure on Highway can not meet the needs of economic development, economic constraints the development of a "bottleneck", traffic congestion growing Seriously frequent occurrence of accidents, how to solve this problem, has been a long-term nagging problem. As part of intelligent transportation system for highway monitoring system solution to the problem gives a feasible solution.
     Thesis on the current domestic and international high-speed public monitoring system, outlined the research situation, for the purpose of highway monitoring system and function of analysis; on the demand for highway monitoring conducted in-depth analysis of the function of the monitoring system specifically to study monitoring platform system and functional requirements; progress monitoring system designed to study the system design principles, monitoring, control strategy design and production, implementation; and on the highway monitoring system carried out a detailed functional design, monitoring system was also studied architecture design, network architecture design, software architecture design; on the control system hardware components and functions of understanding, the monitoring system provides the basis for design and development. At the same time focused on the event automatic video surveillance detection algorithm.
     Focused on video surveillance of the incident detection algorithm, Using computer vision and digital image processing technology to explore the context of moving vehicles on the highway automatic detection, motion state prediction, automatic vehicle tracking, traffic incident detection and other algorithms that can automatically detect the vehicle speed obstacle avoidance, for Road, speeding, slow, stop, traffic congestion and other events and carry out traffic flow, average speed and other traffic parameters statistics.
