基于路面使用性能衰变规律的预防性养护时机研究

摘要
我国2000年后建成的高速公路普遍进入维修养护期,在养护经费有限的条件下,为达到最佳的养护效果,保证路面使用性能,延迟路面使用寿命,必须对路面病害产生原因及发展趋势,也就是路面使用性能衰变机制及衰变规律进行研究,从而确定路面最佳的养护时机和养护措施。
     本文通过调查和收集云南地区高速公路沥青路面交通量、设计施工资料、路面养护记录及历年路面检测资料,结合云南地区地理、气候特点,分析了路面使用性能变化趋势及典型病害成因。研究了思小高速公路沥青路面芯样的密度、级配、水稳定性、强度、疲劳性能、高温稳定性等材料特性,分析了沥青路面损坏机理,对路面施工质量及其材料性能进行了评价,结合实例确定了沥青路面使用性能影响因素,比较不同沥青路面使用性能预测模型优缺点,选择HDM-4模型来分析云南地区高速公路沥青路面使用性能衰变规律。采用规划求解方法修正HDM-4模型方程,并通过回归分析验证了修正结果,建立了适合云南地区的沥青路面使用性能衰变方程。提出采用国际平整度指数IRI和横向力系数SFC作为预防性养护决策指标,并以思小高速公路为例,采用费用效益分析法确定最佳预防性养护时机。
The expressway constructed after 2000 were entering into maintenance period in our country. In order to achieve the best maintenance effect, make pavement in good condition and delay pavement service life,must determined the optimal timing and measure of pavement maintenance under the condition of limited budget.How to do this was researched by the study of the causes and developing trend of pavement diseases,that is the pavement performance deterioration mechanism and rule.
     In this paper, surveyed the expressway in Yunnan province and collected the data of asphalt pavement, such as traffic, design, construction quality and testing. Analysed asphalt pavement performance change trend and found out the causes of typical diseases, which combined with characteristic of geography and climate of Yunnan. Tested pavement core samples of Simao-Xiaomengyang expressway to research the material properties,such as density, gradation, water stability, strength, fatigue performance, the high temperature stability, etc, wich were used to analyse the asphalt pavement damage mechanism and evaluate pavement construction quality.Determined the asphalt pavement performance effect factors and compared the pavement performance models by literature review and example analysis. Thus,choosed HDM-4 model to analyse deterioration rule of asphalt pavement performance. Calibrated the HDM-4 models by Solving methods and verified it by means of regression analysis.Proposed IRI (International Roughness Index) and SFC (Sideway force coefficient) as index for the preventive maintenance decision and determine the optimal preventive maintenance time for Sixiao expressway by benefit-cost analysis.
