汽车物流服务供应链体系构建与应用研究

摘要
随着汽车行业和相关产业的快速发展,汽车物流的重要性不断显现。而由于汽车生产组织的复杂性和流通过程的特殊性,如何进行科学合理的汽车物流组织是一个非常值得研究的课题。本文主要针对汽车物流服务供应链(Logistics Service Supply Chain, LSSC)体系构建与应用进行研究。
     论文首先基于汽车行业的高速发展和对国民经济的重大影响分析了发展汽车物流的重大意义,同时介绍了目前汽车物流发展现状及国内外LSSC及汽车物流服务的研究现状,特别是对LSSC定义、体系结构、能力协调、汽车物流服务等相关方面的研究进行了综述。在文献和实地调研的基础上,对汽车LSSC的研究现状进行分析,提出论文的主要研究目标、研究内容、研究思路、分析框架和主要研究方法。
     在研究物流服务的基本特征与物流分工相关理论的基础上,认为LSSC演化的根源在于物流企业分工所带来的专业化和规模经济优势,物流外包、物流服务和催化作用力对LSSC的形成有着至关重要的影响,企业之间的能力合作是LSSC形成的关键。
     论文分析比较了LSSC的内涵、特征,介绍了LSSC两级与多级结构,在此基础上对物流服务能力进行了界定,提出了物流服务能力由客户协调能力、集成协调服务能力构成,分析了物流服务能力获取的不同渠道和方式。比较了云服务理念与物流服务的共性特征,提出了构建LSSC的新方法——物流云服务的概念,研究了基于云服务的LSSC能力要素及其主要技术需求。
     论文针对汽车行业以主机厂为核心的供应链管理特点,提出了汽车制造供应链与LSSC融合发展的需求,针对性的分析了汽车LSSC体系结构,运用了微分方程稳定性理论分析了制造供应链与LSSC合作发展的稳定条件,认为构建LSSC主要途径:围绕以主机厂为核心的制造供应链形成的客户云,开展全程一体化物流服务;全力建设物流信息云服务平台;开发建设专业的物流功能服务云,对能力采购中较难(如技术先进、投资交大)获得的物流资源进行建设;打造自身核心能力为基础的功能服务云。
     运用面向服务的体系结构研究了汽车LSSC构建信息服务能力协调的特征,研究了LSSC信息集成的架构。研究了双层规划模型的物流服务供应商选择方法,提出了云自适应遗传算法进行了求解验证。从库存与运输两个方面分析了汽车LSSC的功能服务能力协调与优化,建立基于Milk-run取货模式的汽车零部件库存与运输整合优化的模型,运用分层迭代求解算法对该模型进行了求解验证。
     论文分析了某汽车物流集成商面临的问题,指出了汽车物流服务的需求要点,在此基础上从建立资产纽带打造客户云基础、构建汽车LSSC功能服务能力、开发建设LSSC支持平台、开展运输与库存协调应用等方面提出了解决方案。最后,对应用效果进行了对比分析。
     该研究成果已部分应用M公司汽车LSSC构建,并已取得显着应用效果。
With the rapid development of automobile industry and the related industries, automobile logistics has been increasingly important. However, the complication of automobile manufacture and specialty of distribution process make the scientific automobile logistics a very worthwhile research field. This dissertation mainly aims at the construction and application of logistics supply chain system (logistics supply chain, LSSC).
     Based on the rapid development of automobile industry and its major impact on economy, this dissertation analyzed the significance of developing automobile logistics. Meanwhile, this dissertation introduced the current situation of automobile industry, the recent researches on domestic and overseas LSSC and logistic service field, especially on the fields of the integration of manufacturing supply chain, construction of LSSC, automobile logistics service and their related research fields. According to the literatures and fieldwork, this dissertation analyzed and concluded the automobile logistics supply chain and pointed out its research goal, research content, research mind, analytical framework and main research approach.
     Based on the theories of logistics service features and logistics division, this dissertation figures out that the origins of logistics supply chain are the specialization and advantages of scale economy, internal pushes, external forces and catalysis, which have vital impact on forming logistics service supply chain (LSSC). Cooperation among enterprises is critical of forming LSSC.
     This dissertation analyzed and compared the definition, characteristics of logistics supply chain and introduced bi-level and multi-level construction of LSSC, and defined LSSC, and then pointed out that logistics service capability consists of clients’coordination capability, function service capability and information service capability. This dissertation put forwarded a new approach of constructing LSSC: the conception of logistics cloud service and studied the factors and main technique requirements of LSSC.
     According to the features of supply chain management centered by main frame worker, this dissertation pointed out the demand of integration and interaction between automobile manufacturing supply chain and LSSC. Based on this demand, this dissertation analyzed the construction of LSSC of automobile industry, including customer cloud formed by manufacturing supply chain centered by main frame worker and carrying out integrated logistics service; Fully constructing logistics information cloud service; developing professional logistics functional service cloud; constructing the logistics resources rarely gained in purchasing; creating functional service cloud based on their own ability.
     By using service oriented system, this dissertation studied the features of constructing information service coordination ability of LSSC and integrated framework of LSSC information. This dissertation analyzed the stable condition between manufacturing supply chain and LSSC cooperation development by using the theory of differential equation stability, and this dissertation applied bi-level planning model and logistic service supply agent optional method and put forwarded the solving and verifying genetic algorithm. From the two aspects of storage and transportation, this dissertation analyzed the functional service capability, coordination and optimization of automobile LSSC. An optimized model of automobile component storage and transportation was established based on milk-run distribution model. Then this model was verified by using hierarchical iteration.
     Using bi-level model, the demand of decreasing storage and transportation costs in operation was described and genetic algorithm was applied to verify this model.
     This dissertation analyzed the problems of an automobile logistics company confronted and concluded main demands of the automobile logistics service. From this analysis, this dissertation suggested the solutions from the following aspects: establishing assets relation to create customer cloud; constructing automobile LSSC functional service capability; developing and constructing LSSC supporting platform; developing the application of transportation and storage coordination capability.
     This research has been partly applied to a company’s automobile LSSC and has achieved remarkable application result.
