基于地震资料偏移成像的计算网格研究及应用

摘要
本文以将网格计算和地震资料偏移成像两个重要领域有机结合为出发点,以通过网格技术有效整合多个集群使其发挥最高效能,为叠前偏移提供强大的计算支持为思路,首先通过对网格的体系结构、网格服务资源框架及编程模型等研究和分析,同时结合地震资料处理尤其是偏移成像的特点设计了树形多集群网格架构并部署了实验环境。多集群网格通过高速网络连接,借助网格技术将多个集群有机结合在一起,其中多个集群可以采用不同硬件体系结构或系统软件。
     继而对计算机网格中的数据副本策略和网格元调度器系统及元调度器策略等网格关键技术进行了研究。在副本策略方面提出了适应于多层树形网格结构的快速瀑布模型副本策略,该策略综合考虑了副本的创建、删除等方面的内容,改善了网格环境中数据传输瓶颈的问题;在元调度器方面提出了GridSched元调度器模型、基于负载平衡的两级队列调度算法和关联任务调度算法,有效平衡了网格系统负载,提高了网格作业的执行效率,改善了网格的可用性。
     然后本文通过对相移法、有限差分法、相移加内插、分步傅立叶、傅立叶有限差分等偏移方法理论研究和模型试算的基础上,提出了射线参数-速度快速偏移算法,该方法使用查表法简化了相移算子中的求取相移角度、平方根以及求取正余弦函数值等操作,有效缩短了偏移执行时间。
     最后本文将网格技术与叠前偏移技术两者结合起来,研究了在多集群网格中进行叠前偏移处理的方法,实现了偏移程序,并通过网格环境进行了叠前处理测试,处理结果表明,多集群网格利用网格技术在不增加投资的前提下灵活有效的将现有的多个异构集群整合在一起,缩短了处理时间,提高了处理能力和处理效率。
This paper is based on combination of two important areas, seismic migration and computing grid, and aims to integrate multiple clusters to provide enormous computing power for pre-stack migration process.
     Firstly, this paper designed multiple layer tree-like multi-clusters grid architecture according to feature of seismic data processing especially migration imaging. In this structure, multi-clusters are connected and integrated by high speed network and grid technology to become a super computing platform. And each cluster in grid can use different hardware architecture, different operation system and resource management software.Next, this paper researched grid data replica strategies, grid meta scheduler and meta scheduling policy etc. key technologies of computing grid. Fast Cascading replica strategy was put forward in terms of data replica by considering data replica’s creation, removement etc. The experimental results of grid simulator show Fast Cascading strategy improved data transfer efficiency between grid nodes. GridSched meta scheduler model, two stage queue scheduling algorithm based on load balancing, dependent task scheduling algorithm are brought forward to increase jobs execution efficiency and enhance the usability. Then this paper raised p-v fast migration algorithm. The p-v fast migration reduces executing time of computing phase shift angle, square root and sin/cos operations by means of using look-up table.At last pre-stack migration method in multi-clusters grid is studied, implemented and tested. The results show that multi-clusters grid improves processing power and efficiency of computing platform, also reduces processing time by combined exits computing system using grid technology.
