In the recent 30 years, the Chinese economy grows very fast, this mainly because of the reform and opening. The reform mainly aims at the domestic economy, and it’s a asymptotic expression reform. The market system deepens gradually, and displays in each aspect of economic life. But the most remarkable change is the profit-guidance reform of the enterprises.Private enterprises, foreign enterprises and the joint-vetures appeared in the market and competed with the State enterprises in the market. The development of all kinds of enterprises enable China's economy to have earth-shaking changes. It’s exactly the competition behavior of all kinds of enterprises that enables China's industrial structure to obtain the optimization, which promotes the economic growth. Simultaneously, the inter-industry competition deepens unceasingly, and the way of competition had changed significantly. The enterprise's micro-behavior has been richer, this has brought new task for market mechanism's vicissitude, and provided the opportunity for the Industrial organization theory's development. In order to promote the economic development, it’s important for the government to formulates reasonable industrial policy, this also needs to understand the profoundly own law of industrial development.
This paper mainly concentrates in the technology characteristics, the industrial structure, and firms’technology strategic conducts. How theoretically does the deep research industrial structure is form, the industrial structure vicissitude is also by these factor decision, the enterprise is also rests on any condition to implement own strategic conducts, thus captures the market influence pointed to formulate the industrial policy promotion industrial structure optimization promotion regarding the government to have the vital significance, simultaneously deepened to the industrial structure and the business strategystrategic conducts's understanding, has certain theory significance.
This paper is divided into seven chapters, the specific structure and content as follows:
Chapter1: The 1st chapter proposed this article studies the question and the background, and carried on to the existing domestic and foreign achievements have combed, then clear this article studied question and significance. In this chapter first from the technical feature and the market mechanism, the market mechanism and enterprise's strategy sex act, the technical change has carried on the summary with enterprise's strategy sex act three aspects to the existing research results. This article plans from the microeconomics classical manufacturer theory to embark, takes the analysis by the manufacturer production function and the cost function the foundation, from supplies angle, careful thorough portray enterprise's technical feature. First is carries on essential the standard to the technical scope. Then obtains the monopoly degree through the Lenard index's decomposition or to compete the degree and the typical manufacturer cost relatedness, but cost determination in manufacturer production technology height, thus establishment monopoly and technical connection.
Chapter2: The 2nd chapter in reviewed in the former Industrial organization fundamental research classical pattern - - SCP model foundation carries on to the technical feature to the market mechanism decision and the technical strategy sex act analyzes. Elaborated the technical feature to the market mechanism influence way and the way, as well as under different market mechanism enterprise technology strategy sex act. Usually involves the market mechanism definition, is mainly, it which in the Industrial organization economic stipulated usually has most main or the most important nature is. Scale, concentration ratio and product differentiated. To be specific, the market mechanism contains the essential factor includes. An industry's enterprise quantity, enterprise's market share or in the market centralization's degree, the enterprise size and the distribution, the identical industry's product variation's degree, enters industrial difficulty degree and so on, namely all involves different industrial the internal structure variable. The research technical feature the significance which decided to the market mechanism lies in. The economist attempts to discover that between market mechanism and technical feature whether to have the relations which some kind of causal relation or decided mutually. If exists, then this kind of causes and effects decision's conduction mechanism is also what kind of? In such foundation, the structure variable which and the technical feature variable reciprocity model the establishment may observe, can understand intrinsic mechanism and the development regularity conveniently.
Chapter3: The 3rd chapter technical feature and market mechanism description measure and to our country manufacturing industry empirical analysis. Carries on the technical scope in this chapter the limits and the technical feature selection analysis, because is extremely broad regarding the technical extension, uses easily to give rise to controversy, in this part is mainly profits from the microeconomics the manufacturer theory makes limits theoretically to the industrial technology and the characteristic. Then we act according to certain criterion selection most to be able the concentrated reflection technology change and the characteristic target, then carries on portrays thoroughly carefully. And in this chapter also to descripe the market mechanism theory and real diagnosis target analysis. Because market mechanism's description still does not have completely the unification until now, the scholars regarding use what kind of theory tool to describe the market mechanism also to exist argued that we advocated in the use Industrial organization theory the most popular market mechanism description way describes the market mechanism theory connotation. Then carries on the market mechanism from the industrial stratification plane the theory description and the choice appropriate portray target. Plans the target which selects is the market concentration degree responds industrial the market mechanism difference. This chapter carries on the market mechanism finally from the enterprise stratification plane the theory description and the choice appropriate portray target.
Chapter4: The 4th chapter from the cross industrial stratification, carries on the empirical analysis to the technical feature and market mechanism's relations. In the cross industrial stratification plane's analysis, considered between each profession non-uniformity influence fully, to obtain the technical feature and the market mechanism relations reasonably, used the related kneading board data to carry on the empirical analysis. Cooperated the reorganization through the kneading board to discuss has confirmed the technical feature to the market mechanism influence. The research discovers High moderate industrial capital essential factor compared to, although has the negative influence to the concentration degree, but is not remarkable, is also the boundary technology substitution rate speaking of the High moderate industry market mechanism influence is not the determining factor. Its explanation lay in the High moderate industry the technical level already to arrive at the very high level, technical and the work disposition relative stabilization, caused between the capital and the work has formed the fixed proportional relationship. May see according to the data reality High moderate industry's essential factor substitution rate target's change tendency thought except the petroleum extraction industry, other four industries result in the essential factor substitution rate basically not to have the change. But the low concentration degree industry's capital essential factor compared to having the remarkable negative influence to the concentration degree, was also the boundary technology substitution rate in the low concentration degree industry to the market mechanism influence is the determining factor, the labor-intensive form low concentration degree industry has used the inexpensive labor force fully.
Chapter5: The 5th chapter from the industrial internal analysis, has selected the automobile profession related time series data, the use error correction model to the automobile profession, the technical feature has carried on the analysis to market mechanism's dynamic effect relations. The research discovered that the automobile profession the industrial concentration degree, the most superior average scale, the capital work essential factor has the long-term balanced relations compared to between. The short-term fluctuation has affects the effect temporarily, attacks after temporarily appears, the error correction mechanism will guarantee between the variable long-term balanced relational restraining; Moreover, we discovered that the industrial concentration degree the error correction and the lag explanatory variable's significance is stronger, also explained that the economies of scale and ratio of the work capital essential factor has a stronger forecast and the explanatory ability to the market concentration degree..
Chapter 6: The 6th chapter our country manufacturing industry technology vicissitude measure and analysis. The technical vicissitude (technology change) is the technical dynamic change manifestation. At present our country academic circle's research mainly concentrates in the related profession technology vicissitude influencing factor analysis, but lacks the related experience research. In the related technical vicissitude question's research's crucial question is the related technical vicissitude situation determination and the measure. This chapter unifies the related measure technology vicissitude the non-parameter production front surface theory and the method, has carried on the analysis and the measure to our country manufacturing industry's technical vicissitude situation.
Chapter 7: The 7th chapter the technical vicissitude and business immovable property can use the level the relational research. Whether the technical vicissitude will produce to the profession can have the influence using the level, since the academic circle had not had the consistent reply to this question. Produced in this chapter based on the peak value law to our country manufacturing industry can the level carry on the measure, and the union this article 6th chapter of profession technology vicissitude's measure result, the use dynamic kneading board data model to produced to
the technical vicissitude can carry on the portray using the level dynamic effect.
The conclusion part obtains this article the main conclusion and the pointed policy suggestion. Finally, since lots of content in this article is a maiden attempt and the ways and means of the research maybe limited, it is inevitable that anything important is ignored or anything wrong. So any suggestion or comment is welcome, thank you in advance.
