流态产品的大规模定制与精益创新研究

摘要
现代制造企业的大规模定制生产和精益生产,已在机械、服装、计算机等多种固态产品制造中得到实现,并产生了低成本、高质量、高效益的效果。这种先进生产方式能否成功地运用在石油制品、饮料食品等流态产品制造中,是一个富于创新性和挑战性的课题。因此,选题《流态产品的大规模定制与精益创新研究》,无疑具有重要的学术价值与现实意义。
     论文首先讨论了大规模定制生产方式的形成及特征,指出流态产品的大规模定制是一种必然的趋势;从市场基础、生产方式上对大规模定制与大批量生产进行了比较;在此基础之上,对固态产品的大规模定制与流态产品的大规模定制之间的异同进行了比较分析;进而基于订单分离点,对流态产品大规模定制的5种模式进行研究;并进一步讨论了基于实例推理的大规模定制流程。
     论文对实现大规模定制的技术基础和经济机理进行分析。通过对技术平台、产品族以及大规模定制的精益制造技术三个方面文献的归纳总结,阐明实现大规模定制的技术基础;并从经济学的角度,建立起大规模定制的成本函数、生产函数,推导出最佳精益化率(产品品种数/中间产品数)模型,从而确定出大规模定制的经济机理:精益化率的提高足以抵消由于产品品种数的增多而带来的成本提高,从而保证边际成本的有效控制。
     论文在总结和吸收中外大量有关精益生产研究成果的基础上,提出和构建了面向大规模定制的精益创新体系。引入精准物流和精细生产管理,是国内外一些企业摆脱客户定制和大规模生产“两难困境”,实现大规模定制的关键。针对流态产品大规模定制的特点,有必要将精益生产加以深化、拓展和系统化,确立精益创新的理念,从满足客户定制需求的市场细分化出发,构建在技术、物流、生产、管理各方面连续改善策略为主线的精益创新体系,实现基于可重构生产系统的研发设计精敏化、基于模块供应链的物流活动精准化、基于信息技术的管理精细化,以达到企业运行低成本、产品高质量、快速满足客户定制需求的目标。论文研究了以可重构生产系统及其技术平台为基础,以实现精敏研发、精准物流、精细管理为特征,技术创新与组织管理(包括制度)创新的互动网络构成的精益创新体系的框架。
     以某油品公司为例进行了实证分析。结合该公司以及行业背景,从大规模定制的基础、适合大规模定制的技术、管理等方面对作为流态产品的油品大规模定制的实现进行了分析,并建立了油品大规模定制绩效评价指标体系。
The mass customization and lean production of modern manufacturing company have been not only actualized in a variety of solid product manufacturing, such as machinery, clothing, computer, and so on, but also have generated some impacts of low-cost, high-quality, cost-effective. The subject that this two modern production patterns whether can be successfully used in fluidization products as petroleum products, beverages and foodstuffs, etc. or not is innovative and challenging. Therefore, the topic "The Mass Customization and Lean Innovation for Fluidization Products" undoubtedly has important academic value and practical significance.
     Firstly, this paper discusses the formation and characteristics of the mass customization, so that the mass customization for fluidization products is considered as an inevitable trend. Based on a comparison on market infrastructure and production between mass customization and volume-produce, this paper makes a further comparison about the similarities and differences between the mass customization of solid and fluidization products. Then based on order de-coupling point, the five patterns of mass customization for fluidization products have been studied and the mass customazition process model which is based on CBR also has been further discussed.
     This paper has made an analysis about technical and economic mechanism of mass customization. By summarizing literatures in three aspects as the technology platform, modular product family and mass customization of lean manufacturing techniques, the technical mechanism of mass customization are enucleated. And also in terms of economics, by building the cost function of mass customization, the production function, the best efficiency of Lean rate (the number of termination product /the number of semifinished product) function model are raised, so that the economic mechanism of mass customization is definited: the economic mechanism of the mass customization realization is that the raise of Lean rate will suffice to counteract the increased cost which are brought with the increased variety of the products, so as to ensure the effective control of the marginal cost.
     This paper summarizes up and absorbs the large number of Chinese and foreign research results related to lean production, and also proposes and constructs the Lean innovation system for mass customization. The introduction of sophisticated production and precision logistics management is the "dilemma" of some enterprises out of custom and large-scale production at home and abroad, also is critical to achieve mass customization. In connection with the mass customization of Lean innovation system for mass customization. In connection with the mass customization of Fluidization Product, it is necessary to deepen, expand and systematic the lean production, establish the concept of lean innovation and build the lean innovation system based on the main line of the strategies about technology, logistics, production and management to improve all aspects, that is from the market segmentation to meet the custom needs. This system is to realize the fine management based on the design precision of reconfigurable research and development systems, the accurate of the logistics supply chain activities of modules and information technology,in order to achieve low-cost, high-quality products, fast customized to meet the needs of target customers. This Paper researches the framework based on a reconfigurable production system and its technology platform and Lean Innovation System including interactive network constituted of technological innovation and organizational management ,with the features of achieving fine development, precision logistics, and sophisticated management
     Then the paper makes some empirical analysis by taking a lubricating oil company as an example. With the company and industry background, the basis of mass customization, technologies that suit for mass customization, management and other aspects of the realization of mass customization lubricants which belong to fluid product were analyzed. And the performance of lubricants mass customization is appraised through a series of indicators. At the same time, some enlightenments were summed up.
