面向供需网协同的汽车工业生产计划和控制方法研究

摘要
近年来,随着科学技术的快速发展和人们生活水平的普遍提高,人们对汽车的需求越来越高,呈现出向个性化和多样化发展的趋势。随着世界统一大市场的形成,世界经济呈现多元化的格局,国际竞争也更加激烈,全球化制造成为汽车工业在新时期面临的最大机遇和挑战。原有的供应链管理理论无法从根本上适应制造企业竞争和发展的需要,供需网理论产生,供需网是指相关企业之间由于供需交互关系而形成的多功能的开放式的供需一体化动态网络结构。
     本文面向供需网协同管理,在深入研究高级计划与排程等先进生产计划和控制方法的基础上,建立了汽车工业供需网协同生产计划和控制理论框架体系,重点论述了汽车工业供需网内各成员企业问以及整车厂内部的协同生产计划和控制的理论方法,并研究了其中的关键技术。
     首先,在分析汽车工业供需网络构成及其特点的基础上,应用多智能体系统建模技术,构建汽车工业供需网环境下的协同生产系统总体框架模型,设计成员企业Agent的内部功能结构。
     其次,建立汽车工业供需网环境下成员企业间生产计划和控制的协同方法体系,提出基于多智能体协商的任务分派和调度方法,生产过程动态控制方法,以及针对供需网内生产任务调度优化的混合遗传算法。
     接着,以MATLAB为工具,应用马尔科夫状态方程分析轿车整车厂的Push/Pull混合生产模式优化问题,设计出ERP/APS/JIT基础上的轿车整车厂的混合生产计划和控制系统,并对整车库存容量与订单履行效能的关系进行了数学分析。
     最后,本文针对汽车工业企业应用信息系统的现状,提出基于CORBA和MAS的企业应用系统集成框架和具体实现技术,并将该集成方法应用于整车厂ERP/APS/JIT集成生产计划控制系统设计与实现之中。
     本文的研究将有助于提高供需网环境下汽车工业生产系统整体对市场的应变能力,为生产计划和控制系统的协同提供了理论框架和技术方法,同时为汽车工业企业应用信息系统集成建设做了理论和技术准备。
Recently,with the rapid development of technology and the prevalent improvement in living standards,people's demands for automobiles are higher and higher,showing an individual and diversified trend.In the wake of the formation of the world's united market,the world's economy presents a situation of diversification and the international competition becomes more intense.By reason of that,global manufacture will be the biggest opportunity and challenge to the automobile industry in the new period.The original theory of supply chain management no longer adapted to the demand of competition and development in manufacturing enterprises,so the theory of supply-demand network came into being.The supply-demand network, formed on the basis of supply and demand mutual relationship in related enterprises, is a supply-demand incorporating network structure which is multifunctional,open and dynamic.
     Based on the conception of supply-demand network coordination,after studying several production planning & control methods like Advanced Planning & Scheduling etc.,this thesis establishes an academic frame model of the coordinated production planning & control in automobile industry supply-demand network,especially dissertates the theory of coordinated production planning & control among the members in that network and the interior of the car factory,and also studies the key methods and applied technologies.
     Firstly,by analyzing the structure and characteristics of automobile industry supply-demand network and using the technologies of MAS constructing model,this thesis constructs a frame model of coordinated production system under the condition of automobile industry supply-demand network,and designs the agent internal structure of member enterprises.
     Secondly,the thesis constructs a method system for production planning & control coordination.It puts forward the task distribution and scheduling methods based on MAS coordination and the dynamic controlling methods during production process.Hybrid genetic algorithm is also researched as optimization technology for task distribution and scheduling.
     Thirdly,using Markov equation,this thesis analyses the optimization questions of Push/Pull hybrid production mode in car factories,and devises its hybrid production planning & control system based on ERP/APS/JIT.The relationship between the inventory capacity for cars and the efficiency of order implementation is analyzed with mathematic method.
     Lastly,facing the current status of the applying information system in automobile industry enterprises,the thesis provides an integration framework for enterprise utilization system and actual technologies based on CORBA and MAS.As an application example,the integrated method is put to use in the PPC system in car factory,integrating ERP,APS and JIT.
     This thesis is of great benefit to improve automobile industry production system's acting ability to market,and provides theoretical framework and actual methods for production planning & control system's coordination.It also provides theory and technology for the construction of information system integration in automobile industry enterprises.
