克拉玛依油田稀油水平井开发方式优化研究

摘要
目前,水平井开发技术在世界范围内得到了广泛应用,而且发展较快。国外水平井钻井完井技术、地质导向技术、开发技术等方面达到了较高水平,同时在水平井开发理论上也取得了许多研究成果和新认识,积累了较多的开采技术和经验。我国经过“九五”、“十五”水平井攻关、试验,水平井钻井、完井、采油工艺等配套技术水平不断进步,2005年以后国内水平井开发进入了“提高完善技术、规模高效开发”的新阶段。2006年克拉玛依油田仅1年部署实施水平井110口,其中分支水平井1口,油层钻遇率达到了91.8%,创下了历史记录。
     针对2005—2008年期间克拉玛依油田稀油油藏己开发水平井技术应用状况及存在的技术问题,在国内外水平井技术应用和开采理论研究成果基础上,重点研究了克拉玛依油田陆梁油田陆9井区白垩系呼图壁河组低幅度、高渗透薄层边底水砂岩油藏、石南油田石南31井区清水河组低渗透砂砾岩油藏两大类油藏已开发水平井地质、开采特征,结合车89、彩135等其它砂岩稀油油藏水平井应用状况,综合应用地质、测井、录井、油藏工程、油藏数值模拟等现代地质与油藏工程理论、方法,对稀油油藏水平井筛选条件、合理长度、井眼轨迹及位置、水平井产能、开发方式、开发井网、合理井距等开发技术政策开展了研究。
     通过研究,本文利用稳态点源函数的思想,推导了上下边界封闭油藏和底水驱动油藏的稳态产能公式;通过数值模拟和油藏工程方法得到了新疆油田不同油藏类型的水平井的开发方式、合理长度、井眼轨迹以及井网井距的适用标准。研究对目前和今后稀油油藏水平井开发部署与已开发水平井科学管理具有重要意义,为继续研究认识稀油油藏水平井技术应用奠定了基础。
At present, horizontal well development technology is developing rapid and applied world wide. In terms of horizontal well, plenty of experience is accumulated in horizontal well drilling and completion technology, geosteering technology and development technology in overseas. Meanwhile, the supporting technologies of horizontal well such as horizontal well drilling, completion and oil production technology are increasingly improved through the technical research and test during the National Ninth Five-Year and Tenth Five-Year Plan, and domestic horizontal well development technology enters into a new stage:to improve and perfect the technology for developing reservoirs efficiently and massively. Moreover, Xinjiang oilfield company deployed111horizontal wells including1multilateral horizontal well, and the oil reservoir encountering rate is up to91.8%, which set a new historical record.
     In this paper, according to the application and technical problems of developed horizontal well in Xinjiang oilfield company light oil reservoir, geological and productive characteristics of developed horizontal well in two different types of reservoirs, which includes low-amplitude and high permeability Cretaceous Hutubihe formation reservoir in Lu9Well Block of Luliang oilfield and low permeability Qingshuihe formation sandstone and conglomerate reservoir in Shinan31Block of Shinan oilfield, are mainly studied based on the technology application and productive theory of horizontal well at home and abroad. In addition, the optimization research of filter criteria, reasonable length, well trajectory, well position, well productivity, development mode, well pattern and reasonable well distance etc. is carried out, combined with the horizontal well application state of Che89, Cai135etc. sand light oil reservoir and naturally fractured volcanic reservoir, also considering some modern theory and methods like applied geology, well logging, reservoir engineering and reservoir numerical simulation and so on. Eventually, this paper presents a set of optimization method about horizontal well development of light oil reservoir, which is important for similar light oil reservoir to dispose and manage scientifically horizontal well, and lay foundation for studying the application of horizontal well in light oil reservoir.
