基于PDM船舶CAD/CAE集成系统研究

摘要
船舶设计是一个涉及多个专业、多个系统、规模庞大的协同工作过程。其周期较长、过程较复杂,且在船舶设计过程中,由于产生的文档数量繁多、设计过程又需要各个专业的设计人员不断的协调,同时由于不同专业使用的CAD/CAE软件不同,从而造成缺乏一体化、集成化的设计系统、缺乏对设计过程的控制;缺乏对电子数据的有效性控制和管理;信息交流不畅,存在所谓的“信息孤岛”问题。本文研究的基于PDM船舶CAD/CAE集成系统及相关问题正是随着信息技术和计算机技术的发展,解决这类问题的最有效的方法。
     本文研究工作按如下三个主要阶段来进行:
     第一阶段:集成框架的建立。通过对目前船舶设计模式的研究,提出研究并行协同设计的需求分析,在此基础上建立基于PDM的船舶并行协同设计的体系结构、流程和集成框架,实现了对船舶并行协同设计中异构软件的集成研究,对船—机—电各专业领域设计行为的项目管理、文档管理、工作流管理、组织权限管理等主要功能模块进行集成研究。
     第二阶段:实施阶段。研究和选择适当的PDM软件系统并通过二次开发技术来进行系统的功能开发。主要包括项目管理和信息共享技术管理两大块的内容。其中项目管理主要是对设计的各个环节进行统一规划、协调,有效掌握其进度安排和充分利用其人力资源,从而提高其设计效率。信息共享技术主要包括船舶设计文档的管理、船舶设计流程的客户化定制、监控功能的实现、异构模型的集成及可视化工具的应用以及船舶设计项目计划制定及执行监督管理等。
     第三阶段:运行阶段,即通过在原型系统上设计实例来分析所提出的框架是否达到了预期的目标。
     在本文研究中,提出一个新的框架,将船舶CAD、CAE和PDM软件,甚至船舶设计师、管理人员、其它系统(如OA、MRP、ERP等)和辅助资源集成在一起,以一个统一的界面支持协同产品设计开发。该系统在本质上既是一个工具,即智能化的船舶产品协同设计开发环境,也是一种思想,即智能化的船舶产品协同设计思想,这是船舶设计、制造一体化的发展方向。因此,本文研究具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。
Ship designing is involved in a many professions many systems, large scale collaborativework processes, the cycle is long, complicated. And in the ship designing process, because ofthe large amount of resulting documents, designing process requiring all professionaldesigners constantly coordinated, and due to the different professions using the differentCAD/CAE software, results in a lack of integrated design system, the lack of the control ofdesign process; the lack of the effective control and management on the electronic data; poorinformation exchanging, the existence of the so-called "information isolated island". shipCAD/CAE integration system based on PDM and related problem in this paper is the mosteffective method to solve this kind of problem with the information technology and thedevelopment of computer technology.
     The work in this paper accords to the following three main stages:
     The first stage: the building of integrated framework. Based on the research of current shipdesigning pattern, putting forward to study the needing analysis of concurrent andcollaborative design. On the basis of PDM, establishing the parallel collaborative shipdesign system structure, process and integration framework. And completing the parallelcollaborative ship design of heterogeneous software integration research, the integrated studyof the management of every ship electrical and mechanical professional designing behaviorproject, the management of document, the management of workflow, the management oforganization and other major functional modules.
     The second stage: the phase of implementation.Studying and selecting the appropriate PDMsoftware system and carrying out the function of the system through two developingtechnologies. That mainly includes two large pieces of content that the management of projectand the management of information sharing.The management of project is mainly toundertake unity planning and coordinate each link of the design, effectively master theschedule and make full use of their human resources, to improve the efficiency of design.Thetechnology of information sharing mainly includes the management of ship designingdocument, the customization of ship design processes, the achievement of monitoringfunctions, the integration of heterogeneous model and visual tools for application as well asplanning the ship designing projects and carrying out the supervision and the management.
     The third phase: the phase of operation, to analyze whether the proposed framework is to achieve the desired goal through designing examples on the prototype system.
     In this study, we propose a new multi-agent framework.Integrating the ship CAD, CAE andPDM software, and even ship designers, managers, other systems (such as OA, MRP, ERP)and auxiliary resources together, and supporting the design and development of collaborativeproducts with a unified interface. In essence, the system is a tool, which is the environment ofintelligent ship products collaborative design and development, but also a kind of thought,namely the thought of intelligent ship product collaborative design, this is the developmentaldirection of the ship designing and manufacture integration.Therefore, this study hasimportant theoretical significance and practical application value.
