基于组织间信任的知识链演化研究

摘要
在知识经济时代背景之下,企业竞争优势和核心能力来源已经由物质资源转变为知识资源。管理大师彼得·德鲁克指出:“知识已成为关键的经济资源,而且是竞争优势的主导性来源,甚至可能是唯一的来源”。但是,在目前的企业管理实践中,却大量存在“知识孤岛”现象。“知识孤岛”是指由于组织中知识和信息资源得不到有效的交叉融合和知识共享,因而导致的知识板块之间相互割裂而形成的无序状态,仿佛大海中的一个个“孤岛”。在产业间、行业间及部门间存在着大量的“知识孤岛”现象,将导致企业整体知识资源浪费、低透明度和低效率,难以达到企业组织间的知识共享,并正在使企业组织自身逐渐丧失核心竞争力而难以获取知识竞争优势。严重的“知识孤岛”甚至成为一些代工企业陷入“OEM”锁定的原因之一
     知识经济带来了巨大的社会变革,外部环境变化快速而迅猛,企业日益处于复杂多变和充满不确定性的信息化和知识化冲击之中,新技术革命对传统的企业组织理论及其组织形式提出了新的挑战,激烈的竞争也导致企业组织形式趋于复杂化和网络化演变,以企业流程或过程为中心的组织新模式应运而生,主要包括网络组织、虚拟组织、战略联盟、产业集群、价值星系等新兴中间组织形式。当代企业组织必须拥有高效及较高透明度的知识交流系统和知识共享平台才能应对以知识经济为背景的产业和市场竞争。企业组织间知识链的建立可以有效解决“知识孤岛”现象,企业组织应当建立组织间的知识关联,通过建立中间组织的知识链来进行知识获取和更新、知识求助和协作、知识创新和应用,整合来自中间组织的知识共享型专家经验、技术论坛和最佳实践等等,从而有效地使“知识孤岛”向“知识大陆”转换。
     然而,面对当前企业实践中所存在的大量知识链演化问题,理论研究领域却处于相对滞后的现状。在当前产业与市场竞争实践中,随着知识链载体组织形式的扩展,战略合作伙伴、战略联盟、产业联盟的知识链演化问题突出,而这些知识链载体间存在什么样的组织间关系?组织间关系又如何影响知识链演化?知识链演化的系统动力机制以及演化过程和演化阶段各是什么?如果研究者能够关注当前企业知识管理实践中出现的新问题和新现象,对知识链演化的载体假设做出必要的扩展,对知识链演化的研究视角加以必要的调整,则可以在企业管理学领域构建起一个知识链演化研究的较为科学而完整的框架,对以上问题的现实思考也构成了本文写作的一个逻辑起点。
     本文根据相应的研究逻辑和研究脉络,将各章研究内容安排如下:
     第1章,绪论。主要围绕研究问题阐述了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究目标、研究框架、研究方法及创新点。
     第2章,文献综述。主要对与本文研究相关的基本概念和内涵进行了辨析;介绍了现有理论中不同研究视角对知识链研究的理论进展;对与本研究密切相关的组织间信任理论、中间组织理论、知识链生命周期理论以及系统演化理论进行了综述,介绍了各个理论的主要观点,并提出了以上理论基础对本研究的启示。对知识链演化理论进行了评述,指出了现有知识链演化研究的不足之处,并提出了本研究的立论依据。
     第3章,基于组织间信任的知识链演化动力系统研究。主要分析了知识链演化系统的基本内容、基本特征和基本演化机理。首先,提出了知识链演化系统的内涵。其次,根据系统演化中的转型演化理论及“势垒沟”理论,分析了知识链演化转型演化序列,探讨了因心智模式、习惯性防卫和组织惰性形成“势垒沟”的原因。通过对知识链演化系统内涵及演化形态的剖析,提出了知识链演化问题的实质是组织形态和组织形式的根本性变化的研究观点;指出了知识链演化系统所具有的非线性、自组织及耗散结构、系统动力性的特征;以系统动力学方法解析了组织间信任对知识链演化动力系统的作用机理。
     第4章,知识链演化中的组织间信任影响因素研究。进一步通过对基于知识基础观的组织间关系理论、基于社会交换观与交易成本的组织间信任理论及其分类的回顾,指出知识链演化中的组织间信任的动态变迁轨迹;提出了知识链、组织间信任和合作效果之间在本质上存在协同演化关系的研究观点;采用问卷调查法,利用SPSS17.0软件对所回收的有效问卷进行了验证性因子分析、探索性因子分析和主成分因子分析,最终得到包含由4个维度和9个影响因素构成的知识链演化中的组织间信任影响因素模型。
     第5章,基于组织间信任的知识链演化系统动力机制与演化过程研究。进一步通过对组织转型及其动力机制相关研究的回顾,分析了知识链演化系统的各个子系统间的相互作用,从而构建起基于组织间信任的知识链演化系统动力机制;以演化经济学的基本框架对组织间信任作用下的知识链演化进行分析,构建起知识链演化的分析框架:R-S-N-C(惯例-搜寻-新惯例-环境选择);通过对知识创新相关理论的回顾,揭示了基于组织间信任的知识链创新和变异的演化过程,并以福田汽车战略联盟和TD-SCDMA产业联盟的跨案例分析进行了较深层次的探讨,得出了企业个体知识链管理对中间组织知识链管理有着显著的影响的研究结论,并由此得出了基于组织间信任的知识链演化整合模型。
     第6章,组织间信任对知识链演化作用的实证研究。通过问卷调查法进一步分析了企业个体知识链管理、环境动态性、组织间信任等知识链演化要素与中间组织知识链管理的关系。得出以下研究结果:组织间信任对企业个体知识链管理与中间组织知识链管理的中介效应成立;环境动态性对企业个体知识链管理与组织间信任的部分调节效应成立。
     第7章,结论与展望。归纳和总结了本文主要的研究结论,提出了研究展望并指出了研究尚存在的不足之处,依据本文所提出的研究结论为我国企业组织进行知识链管理实践提出了具有可操作性的应用建议。
     本文的创新点主要有以下两点:
     1.从组织间信任的研究视角对知识链演化载体间的关系进行了探讨。本文提出了一个知识链演化研究的新视角——组织间信任视角。“组织间信任”作为组织间关系中最为紧密的关系维度,是从组织的心理层面来深入研究知识链在不同层次和维度的信任关系下的演化过程与系统动力机制问题,是站在“组织内透视”的角度来探析知识链演化过程“黑箱”,对现有知识链演化文献中忽视组织间关系和合作机理的研究不足是一个较为有力的补充,并对当代动态环境下的企业间知识资源合作实践具有较强的指导意义,是对知识链演化问题从“理论模糊地带”到“实践清晰地带”的有益尝试。
     2.从知识链、合作效果和组织间信任的协同演化关系中进一步揭示出知识链演化的系统规律。本文构建的理论模型不仅是对知识链演化阶段具有“生命周期性”特征的一般性规律的揭示,更是进一步揭示出知识链成员组织间信任是随着知识链生命周期而逐步建立并具有层次演进性的,多层次的组织间信任又成为知识链渐进性演化的“系统动力机制”的内驱动因,即在本质上,组织间信任、知识链、合作效果具有动态的协同演化关系。对知识链演化规律的进一步揭示,是对知识链演化本质问题的“归核化”,是对知识链演化研究从单一化到系统化的有益尝试,一定程度上丰富并拓展了现有知识链研究的理论框架。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge resources into competitive advantage and core competitiveness of the source view has been widely recognized. Management guru Peter Drucker pointed out that "knowledge has become the key economic resources, and is the dominant source of competitive advantage, and may even be the only source." However, in the current business practices, but there are a lot of knowledge solitary island phenomenon. Knowledge Island is to enable enterprises to gradually lose the core competitiveness is difficult to obtain knowledge of competitive advantage."Knowledge island" phenomenon refers to the organization, knowledge and information resources can not be effectively cross-integration and knowledge sharing, and thus result in knowledge section between the split and the formation of the disordered state, as if the sea in a solitary island."Between sectors, between institutions and between a large number of "knowledge island", and "knowledge island" will lead directly to the overall interests of the business organization, inefficiency, poor transparency and knowledge of the waste of resources, it is difficult to achieve business inter-organizational knowledge sharing and win-win. Serious "Knowledge Island" has also become some of the foundry business into one of the reasons for the "OEM" lock.
     The knowledge-based economy has brought great social change, quick and rapid changes in the external environment, businesses are increasingly complex and changeable and full of uncertainty into the information and knowledge impacted technological revolution on the traditional corporate organizational theory and organizational forms, new challenges, fierce competition has also led to the corporate form of organization tends to complicate and network evolution, the new model of the business process or process-centered organization to be shipped students, including network organization, virtual organizations, strategic alliances, industry clusters, the value of galaxies and other emerging forms of intermediary organizations. Business organizations in order to adapt to the changing industry and market challenges, quick to adapt strategies and coordinated action, you must have a higher transparency of the exchange of knowledge systems and knowledge-sharing platform. The face of the "knowledge island", business organizations can do is to establish the association of inter-organizational knowledge, knowledge through the establishment of the knowledge chain of intermediary organizations to access and update knowledge the assistance and collaboration, knowledge innovation and application integration from intermediate organizations, knowledge sharing expertise, technical forums and best practices, thus effectively "knowledge island" conversion to the knowledge of the mainland.
     However, faced with the question of the evolution of business practices in the existence of a large enterprise knowledge chain, the field of theoretical research is lagging behind the status quo. In the current industry and market competition in practice, the organization in the form of the knowledge chain carrier has been extended to intermediary organizations, such as strategic partners, strategic alliances, and industry alliance of the knowledge chain evolution problems outstanding, while between these knowledge chain carrier existences of what kind of organization between relationships? Organizational relationships and how they affect the evolution of the knowledge chain? What is the system dynamic evolution of knowledge chain mechanism and evolutionary process and the evolutionary stage? If the researcher to focus on new problems and new phenomena appear in the current enterprise knowledge management practices, and assumptions to make the necessary expansion to be the necessary adjustments, the evolution of knowledge chain perspective on the evolution of the carrier of the knowledge chain, you can learn in business management areas build a knowledge chain evolution is more scientific and complete framework for thinking of the reality of the above problems also constitute a logical starting point of this writing.
     According to the logic and context, each chapter is organized as follows:
     Chapter1Introduction. Mainly around the research questions described the research background and significance, the research objectives of this study, research, study structure, research methods and research and innovation, and inadequacies.
     Chapter2Summary of the relevant theory. Discrimination; the basic concept and content related to this study describes the theoretical developments of the existing theory perspective on the knowledge chain; trust theory of this study is closely related to organization, the intermediate organization theory, knowledge chain The life cycle theory, and system evolution theory are reviewed to introduce the main ideas of each theory, and the revelation of the above theoretical basis of this study. The knowledge chain evolution theories are reviewed, pointing out that the evolution of the inadequacies of existing knowledge chain, and put forward the argument basis of this study.
     Chapter3The evolution of dynamical systems based on inter-organizational trust in the knowledge chain.      Chapter4The Influence Factors of Knowledge Chain in Inter-firm Network based on the knowledge chain evolution. Further review of the theory and its classification based on the knowledge-based view of inter-organizational relations theory, based on the concept of social exchange transaction costs of inter-organizational trust, and pointed out that the dynamic trajectories of change in inter-organizational trust in the evolution of the knowledge chain.      Chapter6The empirical research of Inter-organizational trust in the role of the evolution of the knowledge chain.      Chapter7The research conclusions and outlook. The conclusions of this paper summarize the proposed research prospects, and relatively reasonable and possible recommendations for our enterprise knowledge chain practice in accordance with the conclusions of the study.
     Innovation may in this paper are mainly the following two points:
     (1) The inter-organizational trust is a new research perspective.
