制造型中小企业组织流程性能仿真评估与优化研究

摘要
制造型中小企业组织流程性能管理方面的研究包括组织流程性能评价和组织流程性能优化两个研究方向。近年来,随着我国制造型中小企业在国民经济中地位的日趋显著,从组织流程性能的角度探讨我国制造型中小企业管理状态的研究逐渐进入人们的视线。但是关于制造型中小企业组织流程性能,尤其是关于如何科学、客观、简便地评估制造型中小企业组织流程性能以及优化方法的专门研究还很少。因此,本文在研究组织流程性能形成机理的基础上,对我国制造型中小企业组织流程性能的评估方法、评估工具以及优化方法等问题展开研究。
     描述和分析了我国制造型中小企业组织流程性能的形成原理以及影响因素,并结合数据包络方法(DEA方法)构建了制造型中小企业组织流程性能评价指标体系,采用功效系数作为衡量制造型中小企业组织流程性能高低的标准。
     采用计算机实时仿真技术构建了制造型中小企业组织流程仿真系统,把企业实际的组织流程运行过程虚拟化地实现在计算机仿真界面上,并将本文建立的组织流程性能评价指标体系以程序的形式写入该仿真系统,让仿真系统在模拟企业组织流程运行的过程中,自动采集相关数据、自动将组织流程性能的评估结果输出至用户界面上,实现了制造型中小企业组织流程性能评估的自动化。
     提出了流程瓶颈循环定位方法和仿真优化器方法,用于优化制造型中小企业组织流程性能。这两种方法采用的是采用线性规划优化算法,在仿真系统内部设置运算模块,让仿真系统在运行过程中自动定位企业内部的流程瓶颈并实施优化,使制造型中小企业能够实施掌握企业组织内部的瓶颈流程,随时为企业做出组织流程调整决策提供参考依据。
     结合实践,说明了制造型中小企业组织流程性能仿真评估及优化方法的实施过程及实效。对于制造型中小企业组织流程性能仿真评估及优化方法的研究有利于促进我国制造型中小企业加强组织流程管理水平的提升,具有重要的理论价值和现实指导意义。
The research on organizational process performance management of smalland medium-sized manufacturing enterprises includes two research directions:evaluation and optimization of organizational process performance. In recent years,the role of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in economicdevelopment is becoming increasingly important, so more and more experts makescientific researches on organizational efficiency of small and medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises, but now they have not come to an approving conclusionin how to appraise the organizational efficiency of small and medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises scientifically, objectively and easily. Therefore, thisdissertation makes research of the appraisal methods, tools and optimizationmethods of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, which is based onthe research on the mechanism of organizational process performance.
     The dissertation describes and analyzes the forming mechanism andinfluencing factor of organizational process performance of our small andmedium-sized manufacturing enterprises, builds an evaluation index system oforganizational process performance in small and medium-sized manufacturingenterprises with DEA method, and appraises the organizational processperformance by efficacy coefficient.
     By using real-time simulation technology, the dissertation buildsorganizational process simulation system of small and medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises, makes the system simulate the operational process oforganizational process, and makes programs of evaluation index system in thesystem, which makes the system collect data automatically and output them to theuser when the system working. That automates the evaluation of organizationalprocess performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
     The dissertation proposes two optimization methods: cyclic fixedoptimization methods of organizational process bottleneck and emulationoptimizer method. These methods set operation module in simulation system byusing linear programming optimizational algorithm, the makes the system find thebottlenecks of organizational process and optimize them automatically. That makessmall and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises take over the bottlenecks of itsorganizational process, and get the basis for adjusting its organizational process.
     Combing with practical experience, the dissertation confirms the effectivenessof simulation evaluation method and optimizational method. So the research in thisdissertation has the reality instructive function in improving the management level of organizational process of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,and has the important theory value and practical significance.
