产业技术创新生态系统研究

摘要
21世纪的创新出现了一些新的变化,竞争已从单个企业之争演变为供应链之争,进而演变为创新生态系统之争。产业长期竞争优势的保持,需要超越产业自身的视角,关注于整个产业创新生态系统的协同演进。因此,本文综合运用生态学理论、技术创新理论、系统科学理论,对产业技术创新生态系统进行了深入研究,分析了产业技术创新生态系统的结构,探讨了产业技术创新生态系统的形成、运行、演化,构建了促进产业技术创新生态系统形成、有效运行和演化的政策体系,力争从生态系统的新视角探索提高我国产业技术创新能力和产业国际竞争力的有效途径。
     首先,本文对产业技术创新生态系统的内涵与结构进行了研究。本文在对产业创新系统与自然生态系统进行对比分析的基础上,总结了产业创新系统的生态特征,进而科学界定了产业技术创新生态系统的内涵,提炼了产业技术创新生态系统的特征,合理划分了产业技术创新生态系统的构成要素,分析了要素间的关系,建立了系统的四层次结构,诠释了产业技术创新生态系统的功能。
     其次,本文对产业技术创新生态系统的形成进行了研究。本文通过分析创新主体的集聚模式和过程、技术创新链和技术创新网络的形成,探讨了产业技术创新生态系统创新主体网络的形成条件和过程。基于生态学的物质循环和能量流动原理,运用生态学隐喻的方式,从物质、信息、能量等方面,探讨了产业技术创新生态系统创新资源的集聚和流动,并运用回归分析的方法,验证了创新资源流动的机理和重要影响因素。从系统开放性的角度,论述了系统开放对产业技术创新生态系统形成的作用。此外,本文基于种群增长理论,研究了产业技术创新生态系统的创新种群增长模型。
     再次,本文对产业技术创新生态系统的运行进行了研究。本文通过甄别和划分产业技术创新生态系统的创新动力要素,分析动力要素的作用及相互关系,构建了产业技术创新生态系统的创新动力模型,并应用结构方程模型对产业技术创新生态系统创新动力模型进行了验证。本文还研究了产业技术创新生态系统的竞争和共生机制,并对竞争模型、共生模型、竞合模型进行了仿真。此外,本文分析了产业技术创新生态系统的扩散机制、传导机制、协调机制、保障机制,探讨了各机制在系统运行过程中的作用。
     第四,本文对产业技术创新生态系统的演化进行了研究。本文探讨了产业技术创新生态系统演化的理论前提和特征。基于生命周期理论,分析了产业技术创新生态系统的演化过程,并进行了阶段性划分,总结了各阶段的特点。此外,本文基于生物进化和演化经济学理论,探究了产业技术创新生态系统的演化规律和演化途径。
     最后,本文进行了产业技术创新生态系统的案例分析与政策研究。该部分为论文的理论应用部分。以电信产业为例,进行了产业进行技术创新生态系统的案例研究,分析了电信产业技术创新生态系统的结构、形成、运行和演化问题。此外,本文在对产业技术创新生态系统的形成、运行、演化的研究基础上,构建了产业技术创新生态系统的政策保障体系,包括促进系统形成的基础政策体系,保障系统运行的保障政策体系,以及引导系统演化的引导政策体系。
Innovation has some new changes in21st century. Competition evolves into supply chaincompetition from single enterprise competition, and then evolves into the competition ofinnovation ecosystem. To keep a long-term competitive advantage of industry, we need totranscend the perspective of the industry itself, focus on the collaborative evolution of theentire industrial technological innovation ecosystem. Therefore, this dissertation studies theindustrial technological innovation ecosystem, on the basis of the ecological theory,technological innovation theory, and system theory. It also analyzes the structure of industrialtechnological innovation ecosystem, discusses the formation, operation and evolution ofindustrial technological innovation ecosystem, and constructs a policy system to promote theformation, operation and evolution of industrial technological innovation ecosystem. From anew perspective of ecosystem, this dissertation strives to explore an effective way to improvethe capacity of industrial technological innovation and industrial internationalcompetitiveness.
     Firstly, this dissertation describes the connotation and structure of industrialtechnological innovation ecosystem. Based on comparative analysis of industrial innovationsystem and natural ecosystem, this dissertation summarizes the ecological characteristics ofindustrial innovation system, defines the connotation of industrial technological innovationecosystem, refines the characteristics of industrial technological innovation ecosystem,divides the elements of industrial technological innovation ecosystem, analyzes therelationship between the elements, establishes a four-level structure of industrial technologicalinnovation ecosystem, and interprets the functions of industrial technological innovationecosystem.
     Secondly, this dissertation studies the formation of industrial technological innovationecosystem. By analyzing the patterns and process of innovation subject’s cluster, and theformation of technological innovation chain and technological innovation network, thisdissertation discusses the formation conditions and process of innovation subject’s network ofindustrial technological innovation ecosystem. Based on material cycle and energy flowtheories, using the metaphor of ecology, from the views of material, information and energy,this dissertation explores the innovation recourses agglomeration and flow of industrial technological innovation ecosystem, and then verifies the mechanism and important influencefactors of innovation recourses flow by method of regression analysis. From the perspectiveof open system, this dissertation expounds that system openness is also a necessary conditionfor the formation of industrial technological innovation ecosystem. In addition, thisdissertation studies the population growth model of industrial technological innovationecosystem with population growth theory.
     Thirdly, this dissertation studies the operation of industrial technological innovationecosystem. By screening and classifying the innovation dynamic elements of industrialtechnological innovation ecosystem, and analyzing the roles and relationship of dynamicelements, this dissertation constructs an innovation dynamic model of industrial technologicalinnovation ecosystem, and then verifies this model by applying structural equation model.This dissertation also studies the competition and symbiosis mechanism of industrialtechnological innovation ecosystem, and simulates the competition model, symbiosis model,and competition-symbiosis model. In addition, this dissertation explores the diffusionmechanism, transmission mechanism, and coordination mechanism, guarantee mechanism,and coupling mechanism of industrial technological innovation ecosystem, and analyzes thefunction of various mechanisms in the operation process of the system.
     Fourthly, this dissertation studies the evolution of industrial technological innovationecosystem. This dissertation explores the theoretical premises and characteristics of theevolution of the industrial technological innovation ecosystem. Based on the life cycle theory,this dissertation analyzes the evolution process of industrial technological innovationecosystem, divides the process into different stages, and summarizes the characteristics ofeach stage. In addition, based on ecological theory and evolutionary economics, thisdissertation investigates the evolution laws and paths of industrial technological innovationecosystem.
     Finally, this dissertation undertakes a case study and policy research of industrialtechnological innovation ecosystem. This part is the practical application of this dissertation.Taking telecommunications industry for example, this dissertation undertakes a case study ofindustrial technological innovation ecosystem, and analyzes the structure, formation,operation and evolution of telecommunications industrial technological innovation ecosystem.In addition, this dissertation constructs a policy system of industrial technological innovation ecosystem. The policy system includes a foundation policy system to promote the formationof industrial technological innovation system, a guarantee policy system to guaranty theoperation of industrial technological innovation system, and a guidance policy system toguide the evolution of industrial technological innovation system.
