基于多智能体的数字制造软件平台关键技术研究与实现

摘要
信息化是各行各业发展的趋势,制造业也不例外。制造业的信息化,就是要实现产品设计数字化、制造过程数字化、制造管理数字化、咨询服务数字化等,即数字制造。数字制造目前急需要解决的一个重点和难点在于如何将地域不同、功能各异、形形色色的构件有机的结合在一个平台上来。多智能体理论(Multi-Agent System, MAS)引入数字制造领域为上述问题提供了解决的可能。
     本文专注于基于多智能体的在分布式环境下的协同数字制造理论与关键技术。应用新的方法,算法,理论与结构在数字制造的重要环节并构建和实现了基于多智能数字制造软件平台。只要内容如下:
     (1)对基于Agent和多媒体技术的协同设计与冲突消解策略进行了研究。将多智能体技术应用于协同设计,构建了一个协同设计的软件平台MICAD (Multi Agent Intelligent Computer Aided Designing);在MICAD平台上集成了多媒体音视频技术,解决了以往系统中视频会议与协同设计系统分离,难以实时反应协同环境的变化等问题;从多个角度研究了协同设计中Agent的冲突类型,构造了一种冲突消解系统模型,在此模型中构造了多个功能Agent对多个设计Agent发出的协调请求进行处理,该模型根据冲突的特征将其归类并分别找到合适的冲突消解方案,对未能找到匹配方案的难以消除的复杂冲突,可以使用MICAD平台集成的多媒体系统,采用人工通过音视频协商的策略来解决。
     (2)研究了CAPP (Computer aided process planning)的发展及相关理论以及如何将遗传算法和人工神经网络结合多智能体技术在CAPP系统中实现,并设计实现了基于多智能体技术的CAPP系统。
     (3)对制造车间生产的控制方式、组织结构、竞争与协作进行了研究。将多智能体技术应用于优化车间调度的蜂群算法,设计了一种基于多Agent技术的制造车间生产调度模型,并基于JADE (Java Agent Devloping Enviroment)开发平台具体地设计实现了制造车间调度系统。
     (4)在Fusion方法的基础上,运用一种新的面向Agent的软件工程方法O-AOP (Object-Agent Oriented Programming)。应用O-AOP,实现了虚拟车间系统,对虚拟车间系统分别进行了系统分析和系统设计,给出了系统的详细结构。虚拟车间系统的主要功能包括生产计划排产、生产资源动态重组和生产状况实时监控。
Infomationlization is a trend in every field, manufacturing field is not an exception. The infomationlization of manufacruring is to implement product digital desining, digial manufacturing, digital producing management and digital consultiong and service, i.e. digial manufacturing. An issue present is how to intergrate distributed components with differenct function into a unique platform. Muti Agent system (MAS) provides the polibility to sove this problem.
     Multi Agent based digital manufacturing software platform theories and key technologies are focused. The new theories, new structures, new methods and new tecknologies are used to implement a multi Agent based software platform. The main contents are as below:
     (1) Multi Agent and multimedial based collaborated designing and conflict eliminating is researched. A collaborated designing soft MICAD (Multi Agent Intelligent Computer Aided Designing) platform is implemented by using the multi Agent technologhy. In the MICAD system, multimedia such as audio and video are intergrated which are often in different systems before that is hard to represent the real time changing. On different views, the conflicts in collaborated designing baed Agent are researched then a conflict eliminating model is created. In this model, several different function Agents are called to process the request in the designing then find a way to solve the conflict. If the conflict is hard to find a way to eliminate, then the multimedia system is used to solve the issue manually thoughtout audio/video conference.
     (2) The developing and related theories of CAPP (Computer aided process planning) and how to use the multi Agent technology in the CAPP are researched. A multi Agent based CAPP system are implemented.
     (3) The control ways, orgnization structure and comptetion and collaboration of shop floor are researched. Applied the muti Agent to shop floor optimize schedule swarm algorithm then designed a muti Agent based schedule model and implemented a shop floor schedule system on JADE (Java Agent Devloping Enviroment).
     (4) Using the Fusion method, the system alalysising method OOA (Object Oriented Analysising) and system desiging method OOD (Object Oriented Designing) are improved; a new software engineering mothod O-AOP (Object-Agent Oriented Analysising) is brought. With the O-AOP, a virtual shop floor is implemented. The system analysing and designing are introduced. The virtual shop floor includes producing plan assigning, producing resource orgnizating and producing moniting.
