摘要

张闻天关于发展集市贸易的思想是张闻天探索社会主义建设道路理论的重要成果之一，也是张闻天经济思想的重要组成部分。本文运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的立场、观点和方法，力求对张闻天关于发展集市贸易的思想做一客观的评述。
     引言简要说明对张闻天关于发展集市贸易的思想进行研究的目的和意义。指出开展此项研究有助于总结一些有益的历史经验和启示，力求能够为学术界进一步研究张闻天以及他的经济思想提供一些有益的帮助。
     第一部分主要概述张闻天关于发展集市贸易的思想产生的历史背景、契机、认识基础。张闻天关于发展集市贸易的思想在二十世纪五六十年代中国共产党探索社会主义建设道路的曲折历程中，留下了可贵的一笔。它是张闻天对苏联和中国探索建设社会主义道路理论与实践进行反思的结果。党史上著名的“七千人大会”为其产生提供了重要的历史契机。同时，它的产生与张闻天本人对社会主义经济建设理论与实践的认识也是相联的。
     第二部分主要分析张闻天关于发展集市贸易的基本构想。从宏观和微观出发，具体论述了张闻天关于发展集市贸易的必要性和可能性、发展集市贸易的措施、集市贸易的发展方向。通过分析和阐述，我们能够清晰地看出张闻天关于发展集市贸易的思想的脉络。这就是“一个中心问题、两个依据、三个必须”，即围绕社会主义如何建设这一中心问题；依据马列主义基本原理，依据中国客观实际；发展集市贸易必须尊重客观经济规律，必须有利于发展生产，必须有利于改善人民生活，巩固工农联盟。
     第三部分着重论述张闻天关于发展集市贸易的思想的方法特点、思想价值，对其历史局限及历史命运做了简要概述。张闻天关于发展集市贸易的思想是全党集体和张闻天个人智慧的共同结晶，有较强的现实针对性和一定的理论深度，体现了张闻天坚持真理、探索创新的精神品格，体现了张闻天理论思维的创造性特征，为社会主义市场经济理论提供了一些有益的思想资料。然而，由于长期受“左”的错误指导思想的影响，张闻天关于发展集市贸易的思想不仅没有被中共中央采纳，反而受到不公正的批判。同时，由于受历史条件和实践条件的限制，张闻天发展集市贸易的思想不可避免地具有局限性。
    
     结束语部分总结指出张闻天关于发展集市贸易的思想不能同今天的社会主
    义市场经济理论相比，今天的社会主义市场经济理论也不是张闻天发展集市贸易
    的思想的简单复归。它是我们党通过不断总结经验和教训，在新的时代、新的实
    践基础和更高水平上，对社会主义经济理论的重大创新。
Zhang Wentian's thought about developing country fair trade is an important achievement of exploring the theory of socialist construction road. It is an important component of Zhang Wentian's economic thought too. This paper, using dialectical and historical materialism position viewpoint and method, attempts to comment on it objectively.
    Part of the foreword briefly describes the aims and significance of studying Zhang Wentian's thought about developing country fair trade. It aims to reveal some helpful historical experience and enlightenment, and offer some positive help for further research on Zhang Wentian and his economic thought.
    Part one mainly sums up the country fair trade thought's historical background, opportunity and foundation of knowledge. Zhang Wentian's thought about developing country fair trade has left a valuable point in the course that the Communist Party of China probed the socialist construction road in fifty or sixty times of the 20th century. And it results from introspection of Zhang Wentian to the theory and practice on socialist road which China and the Soviet Union probed. Famous" 7,000 people's conference" in the Communist party history offered the important historical opportunity for it. Besides, its production could not be separated from Zhang Wentian's understanding of socialist economic construction theory and practice.
    Part two analyzes Zhang Wentian's idea about developing the country fair trade mainly. From macroscopic and microcosmic, this part concretes to expound necessity and possibility, the measure of country trade, direction of the country trade. Through analyses and explain we can find out clearly the train of the thought. They are "a central issue, two bases, three emphasis". Namely: around how to build socialism; according to the basic principle of Marxism-Leninism, according to the objective reality of China; emphasizing that we must respect the objective economic law, must help to develop the productivity, must help to improve the people's livelihood and consolidate the worker-peasant alliance.
    Part three puts the stress on expounding method characteristic, thought value, and
    
    
    sums up briefly the historical limitation and historical destiny of it. The thought is the crystallization of the whole Communist party and Zhang Wentian's personal intelligence. It has relatively strong realistic pertinence and certain degree of theory depth. It embodies the spiritual character that Zhang Wentian has during the course of seeking truth and innovation. It embodies the creative characteristic of Zhang Wentian's theoretical thinking. It offers some helpful thought materials for socialist market economic theory. However, because of the influence of" left" incline wrong guiding theory for a long time, the thought was not adopted, but received the inequitable criticism instead. At the same time because of the restriction of historical and practical conditions, the thought has its own limitations.
    The last part concludes that Zhang Wentian's thought about developing the country trade can't be compared with the socialist market economic theory of today, And at the same time, the theory of the socialist market economy of today is also not the simple involution of Zhang Wentian's thought about developing the country trade, but the great innovation of the Chinese Communist Party to the socialist economic theory in new era, on the basis of new practice foundation and higher level of understanding through summarizing experience and lessons constantly.
