基于Internet的远程测控技术研究及其在智能家庭中的应用

摘要
随着Internet技术、底层测控网络技术和控制技术的飞速发展,以及各行各业对信息化、智能化、网络化要求的不断提高,基于Internet的远程测控技术已成为国内外控制领域和IT行业深入研究的热点课题。
     本文对构成基于Internet的远程测控系统的两个主要方面:底层测控网络、底层测控网络或嵌入式设备接入Internet的方法做了较为深入的探讨,归纳总结了各种接入Internet方法的优缺点和适用情况;针对构建低档嵌入式网关的需要,开发了精简的TCP/IP协议(TCP/IP Lean)在单片机上实现的软件;针对嵌入式Web服务器因资源受限,而不能较好地满足远程测控系统的动态要求这一问题,提出了基于表单和变量替换方法的嵌入式网关接口——EGI;构建了基于LonWorks总线的智能家庭底层控制网络,设计了家庭网络控制节点、温湿度采集节点、温湿度控制节点、照明控制节点、抄表节点、安防节点等,依靠LonWorks灵活的组网和通信方法,在同一总线上实现了多种通信方式;在上述研究成果基础上开发了基于低档MCU的嵌入式网关,这种网关在实现LonWorks底层控制网络与Internet网络连接的同时还提供了Web服务,使得整个智能家庭网络系统变成了基于Internet的远程测控网络,可以通过B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式对家庭环境和设备进行远程监控。
     论文中设计的基于Internet的智能家庭网络系统,打破了传统的LonWorks总线接入Internet的方法,省去了部分硬件和软件,降低了成本,使之更加适合于我国的国情。实验室模拟运行结果表明了这种方法的有效性和较好的实用价值。
As various kinds of technology including Internet, bottom network and control developing quickly, and the demands for informationization, intelligent and networked becoming more and more important in all trades and professions, the technology of remote test and control became a focus investigated further by the experts in the control field and IT trade.
    In this paper, two main components of the remote test and control system are probed into deeply, including the bottom test and control network, the methods of the bottom network or embedded equipment accessing Internet, at the same time the merit, shortcoming and suitable situation of these methods are summarized. To construct low-grade embedded gateway, the TCP/IP lean software used on the Single Chip is developed. Aimed at the problem that the embedded Web server can not be satisfied with the dynamic requirements of the test and control system because of the limited MCU resource, the EGI (embedded gateway interface) based on form and variable replace is put forward. Then the bottom control network of the intelligent home based on LonWorks is constructed. The nodes of the bottom control network are designed, such as intelligent home control node, temperature and humidity gather node, temperature and humidity control node, meter reading node, lighting node, security node and so on. Depending on the flexible
    construct and communication mode of LonWorks, several kinds of communication ways on the control network are realized. On the basis of above research, a kind of embedded gateway based on low-grade MCU is developed, which can offer Web services while connecting Lonworks to Internet, so the whole intelligent home network system turns into a remote test and control network system based on Internet, which can remotely monitor and control the Family environment and equipments with the B/S (browser/server) mode.
    The intelligent home network systems based on Internet designed in this paper break the traditional method of LonWorks accessing Internet, save some hardware and software, lower the cost, so it is more suitable for our country conditions. The results of simulation and experiments show the validity and practical value of this kind of method.
