数据仓库在一拖股份公司经济责任制中的应用

摘要
近年来,随着数据库技术的应用和发展,人们尝试对DB中的数据进行再加工,形成一个综合的、面向分析的环境,以更好地支持决策分析,从而形成了数据仓库技术(Data Warehousing,简称DW)。数据仓库作为一种管理技术,旨在通过通畅、合理、全面的信息管理达到有效的决策支持。联机分析处理(OLAP)是数据仓库采取的最主要的分析处理方法,它能对数据仓库中大容量的综合数据进行高效处理和灵活分析。
     本课题着重研究了数据仓库技术在企业经济责任制中的应用,扼要叙述了数据仓库的概念、应用及技术,详细介绍了一拖股份公司经济责任制系统中数据仓库的设计与建立。
     本课题研究的主要内容为:设计并建立一个数据仓库,储存一拖股份公司各子单位历年的成本、产品销售及费用等财务数据信息,并对这些数据进行综合分析,为正确、公正地制订各子单位的经济责任制指标、考核各子单位经济责任制运行情况提供数据基础,为领导决策提供依据。
     本课题要解决的关键问题为:(1)构建一个数据模型,使它能适应一拖股份有限公司的经济责任制运行体系,并实现对数据仓库的综合分析;(2)定期采集并转换分布在各子单位、数据格式不统一的数据,并装入数据仓库;(3)根据数据仓库的内容设计相关报表程序以及相关综合查询程序。
     本课题后台采用Microsoft SQL Server2000提供的数据仓库工具建立并管理数据库,前台采用Powerbuilder8.0进行软件设计。
     本课题通过采集一拖股份公司两个装配厂2003年1-3月份的数据对软件进行调试,测试表明系统运行比较正常,能正确地采集子单位的月财务数据,并能根据要求输出固定报表,帮助企业领导人对经济责任制数据进行综合分析。但这只是数据仓库技术在一拖股份公司经济责任制中应用的一个初步探索。可以相信,数据仓库技术的应用及发展必将对一拖股份公司的经济责任制起到有效的作用。
In recent application and development of Database(DB) technologies, attempts have been made in the re-process of DB in order to form an analytical environment which faces analysis to better support decision-making. Thus, DW(DataWarehouse)comes into the picture. DW,as a kind of technology of management, aims to improve the effectiveness in decision-making with means of running fluent,proper and full-scale information management . On line analyzing process (OLAP) is the main analytical method adopted in DW which can process high volume of data in a flexible and efficient way.
    The focus of this subject is mainly on the application of DW technology in the system of econocmic responsibility (ERS)of enterprise. Within this scope,the concept,application and technology of DW are introduced, the design and configuration of DW in the ERS in China First Tractor Group Co.Ltd.(CFTGC) are subsequently described in detail.
    The main content of this subject is stated as follows:design and construct a DW which can store the financial data information of the cost,sell of the product and expences every year in the sub-units of CFTGC; analyzes the data stored comprehensively to provide the information based on which the company can map out the index of the sub-units ERS and check the running condition of them as well as providing policy decision basis for the leaders.
    The key problems to solve in this subject include: l)construct a DB model which suitable for ERS of CFTGC and can realize comprehensive analysis to DW; 2) periodically collect and convert the data of different patterns which scattered in each sub-unit and put it into DW;3)design relative programs used to produce diagrams and those used for comprehensive inquiry according to the content of the DW.
    This subject used the DW tools which provided by Microsoft SQLServer2000 to build and manage the DB,and used PowerBuilderS.O to design the software.
    This subject shows the system is running well by testing the software designed according to the data of the two assembly factory of CFTGC from 2003.1-2003.3.It can collect properly the finacial data of each month in sub-units,and also output the fired reporting according to the need,and help the leader to analyze comprehensively the data of the ERS.However,this subject is only one small step in studying the application of DW in ERS of CFTGC.It can be predicted that DW technologies will play an important role in ERS of CFTGC
