常州市商业银行战略研究

摘要
在成功实现软着陆后,中国经济一直保持着快速、稳定增长的态势,中国金融业在稳健的货币政策指引下,改革金融体制,重视金融风险,优化信贷结构,改进金融服务,为国民经济的健康、快速发展创造了良好的金融环境。
     作为地方性金融机构,常州市商业银行面临着良好的机遇和严峻的挑战,正确的战略关乎存亡,本文首先对商业银行所处的外部环境(经济环境、政策环境、社会环境、技术环境等)进行了初步分析,并重点分析了加入WTO对我国银行业的影响;然后利用灰色理论对常州市的商业银行的存贷款总规模进行了预测,并根据预测结果对银行业以及行业内主要竞争对手进行了分析;接着在对常州商行内部资源、核心能力及SWOT分析的基础上,提出了常州商行的战略目标、市场追随者战略、低成本战略、差异化战略、资本经营战略。
     论文最后提出了增强执行力、正确实施战略的主要对策和具体措施:改善资产质量、加强人力资源管理、加强企业文化建设、加强差异化营销和流程改造、完善银行网络信息系统、提高服务质量等。
After the successful soft landing, Chinese economy keeps a rapid and steady growth rate. Under the dovish monetary policy, the financial system is reformed, the financial risks are regarded, the credit structure is optimized, and the financial services are improved. Chinese banking creates a favorable finical environment for the healthy and rapid growth of national economy.
    As a local banking institution, Changzhou Business Bank (CBB) is facing good opportunities as well as austere challenges. It is important and also necessary for CBB to make a correct strategy which may lead to its survival or perishment.
    This dissertation begins with an elementary analysis of the external environment (political, economic, social and technological environment, etc.) of the commercial bank, followed by an analysis of the influence on Chinese banking system by WTO. Then, the gray prediction theory is used to predict the total balance of the deposits and loans of all the commercial banks in Changzhou. The result is further used in the analysis of the banking industry and those main competitors within the industry. Based on the study of the internal resources, core competence and SWOT analysis of the commercial bank, this article puts forward the strategic target: market follower strategy, low cost strategy, differentiation strategy and capital management strategy.
    At the end of the dissertation, main approaches and concrete measures are put forward, in order to improve the execution, such as improving the assets quality, strengthening HR management, boosting the corporation culture of CBB, reinforcing differentia marketing, restructuring consummating information system, and boosting both service function and service quality.
