基于STEP标准的统一BOM模型研究与PDM/ERP信息集成

摘要
随着信息技术的发展,信息化已经成为制造企业提高产品竞争力的核心。产品结构与物料清单BOM是制造业信息化系统中核心的基础数据,是联系工程设计部门和生产管理部门之间的桥梁与纽带,是PDM系统和ERP系统信息集成的主要内容和关键所在。
     在产品生命周期中,BOM贯穿了设计、工艺、制造、计划、采购、销售、财务等几乎所有职能部门,各部门按照本部门的需要定制了各种BOM。在BOM的定制过程中往往没有统一的设计和管理规范,而且,除设计BOM和工艺BOM外,其他各种BOM基本采用手工方式建立,无法保证各BOM之间数据的一致性,这种现象严重影响了企业产品设计、生产和管理等过程的集成和效率,增加了产品生产成本、延长了产品开发周期。所以研究基于STEP标准的统一BOM模型对制造业信息化的进程具有十分重要的意义。
     本文针对BOM研究中突出存在的BOM模型不统一问题,结合昆明云内动力股份有限公司CIMS应用示范工程的实际需要,研究基于STEP标准的统一BOM模型,并通过统一BOM模型探索PDM系统与ERP系统之间信息集成的实现方法。本文首先剖析了企业中存在的多视图BOM,阐述了BOM多视图的演变过程,在此基础上提出了统一BOM模型,并基于STEP标准构建了统一BOM模型。接下来对PDM系统与ERP系统之间信息集成内容和集成模式加以分析,提出基于STEP标准的统一BOM模型的PDM与ERP信息集成方法,并通过实例开发实现了PDM系统中的EBOM向ERP系统中MBOM的转化。
     实践证明,本文提出的基于STEP标准的统一BOM模型可以较好地解决多视图BOM的模型不统一问题,基于STEP标准的统一BOM模型,实现PDM与ERP的信息集成方法是可行有效的。
Following the development in information technology, informationizing has been the core to improve their product competence in manufacturing enterprise. As the basic data in informationization systems in manufacturing industry, BOM is the bridge between the department of project designing, product manufacturing and managing, which is also the key and main content of the information integration in PDM system and ERP system.
    During the product life cycle, BOM runs through almost all department including designing, process planning, manufacturing, ordering, saleing and finance, which make their own BOM according to their needs. However, so far there is no unified designing and managing standard to make BOM. To make it worse, all BOM except EBOM and PBOM, are setup on handwork, which has no way to guarantee the unity of all BOM data. Such a situation in manufacturing industry greatly restricts the efficiency and integration of designing, manufacturing and managing. What's more, it increase product cost and lengthens product exploring cycle. This gives necessity and great importance to the research on the unified BOM model based on STEP in the informatization in manufacturing industry.
    Directed to the disunity of BOM model in the present BOM research, this research, based on the practical needs of the CIMS implied exemplary project in Yunnei Power Co., Ltd, is to discover a unified BOM model based on STEP and through such a model to explore a practical means to achieve the information integration between PDM system and ERP system. It analyses multi-view BOM in enterprise and illustrates its evolution firstly, then it poses a unified BOM model and based on STEP constructs one. What comes next is to analyses the content and patterns of information integration between PDM system and ERP system, according to the unified BOM model based on STEP, it puts forward a practical means to achieve the information integration between PDM system and ERP system. Finally, through exploring an integration example, the research achieves the transition from the EBOM in PDM system to the MBOM in ERP system.
