大连嘉事大仁堂药业物流配送系统研究

摘要
现代物流是现代企业提高客户满意度、提升企业的整体竞争力的关键因素。特别是在经济全球化的条件下，企业在经历了产品、质量和品牌的的竞争以后，物流和供应链管理成为了企业竞争力的核心。在不断完善和提高物流运营水平的过程中，通过科学、合理的管理和现代信息、管理技术的运用，物流不但为企业降低了成本，提高了客户的满意度，而且为企业创造了利润，成为了企业的第三利润源泉。物流配送中心是实现物流现代化的重要组成部分。中国连锁店在近几年所取得的发展在很大程度上是在配送中心的运作上取得了突破。但也存在许多问题。
随着医疗体制改革的进一步深化，我国医药流通行业的市场竞争不断升级。嘉事大仁堂药业作为由国有企业改制而来的股份制公司虽已形成一定规模，但面对新的流通体制和流通格局，暴露出了体制、管理及运营模式上的先天不足，整合现有物流资源、降低物流成本、提高顾客服务水平成为一个尤其突出的问题。
本文通过对嘉事大仁堂药业内部物流现状分析，结合目前国内外医药物流配送发展趋势，从企业流程重组、企业资源优化角度对配送系统进行分析，力求为企业制定出符合企业实际、适应物流发展趋势的物流配送战略，同时力求对同行业有一定的借鉴作用。
Modern logistic is the key factor that improves satisfying extent of customers and the whole competitive ability of enterprises at present. Especially under the condition of global economy, management of logistics and supply-chain have become the center of enterprises competitive ability after experiencing the competition of products, qualities and brands. With the improving of the operating level, logistic reduces the cost, improves the satisfying extent of customers, and creates the profits through the scientific management and application of modern information technology. It has been the third profit-fountainhead. Distribution center is an important parts of modern logistics. Chinese chain stores have made huge breakthrough in the past years. But there still are many problems.
With the deepening of the Medical treatment system reform, Chinese medical trades competition promotes to a higher grade continuously. As a cooperation reforming from a state-owned enterprise, facing the new circulating system and pattern, Cachet-drt pharmaceutical emerged so many shortages. Even created a chain-net, NO one distributing center that can service for chain stores is an outstanding problem. The thesis is devoted to the research and studies on the Cachet-drt pharmaceutical logistic actuality, combining the international medical logistic trend and adopting modern logistic system design method, management method and technology. Logical and practical analyses have been done in order to work out the feasible and practical logistic scheme. It also intended to be valuable for other craft brothers.
