热带医学专业课程体系建立与培训方式的研究

摘要
我国热带病防治取得了显著的成绩，一些严重危害人们健康的寄生虫病和传染病在很大程度和范围内得到了控制；但新现(如SARS)和再现传染病，以及现代交通快捷和全球信息化，给热带病防治带来新的挑战，高素质热带医学专业人才的培养成为当前医学高等教育的重要工作。
本研究通过对我国目前热带疾病的发生与流行现状及防治要求的分析，提出了热带医学专业人员应具备的10项专业核心能力、4项医学公共基础能力；在此基础上，按照岗位职责的需求，重点构建了学分制基础上的七年制热带医学专业“宽口径、厚基础、强能力、后分流”的课程体系、规范与培训方式，整个课程体系共分五大模块，十二个课程群，突出知识、能力、素质三位一体综合素质的全面培养；按现代教育理论与教育技术相结合的原则，构建了热带医学网站与热带医学资源库，为在校教育与远程教育提供知识源。以期能对我国高素质热带医学专业人员的培训提出一个有参考意义的方案。
Great success had been obtained on prevention and cure of tropical diseases in China. Some tropical diseases, such as verminosis and infectious diseases what are harmful to people, were under control; However, To control tropical diseases faces with new problems, because of some new and reappeared communicable diseases, (for example SARS), modern rapid traffic and information being globalization. Therefore, controlling tropical diseases is still an important task in China. Study on tropical diseases should be reinforced. Training high-level professionals in tropical medicine become a very important task for higher medicine education.
By analysis of the distribution and prevalent trend of tropical diseases, we bring forward ten special core abilities and four basic skills for medico of tropical medicine. According as needs for post, this research mainly aims to establish the curriculum and training model of tropical medicine for seven-year students in credit model. The curriculum stands out the knowledge, ability and quality of professionals in tropical medicine, which is composed of five modules and twelve small courses. According to the principle of combining modern education technology with education theory, we found a primary web-sit and resource store for students and on-the-jobs. It aims to afford a directive project for the training high-level professionals in tropical medicine.
