基于网络技术的电梯远程监测系统——监测中心及楼宇子系统软件设计

摘要
电梯远程监测是指通过监测系统远程对管辖范围内的电梯进行实时状态的监测。对电梯进行远程监测可以协助现场维修人员排除电梯故障,极大地减少因故障而导致的电梯停用时间。另外,对电梯进行远程监测还可以进行故障远程诊断与预测,变故障维护为主动维护。
     本文提出并设计了基于网络技术的嵌入式电梯远程监测系统。系统由嵌入式终端、电梯远程监测中心系统、电梯远程监测楼宇系统、电梯远程监测分公司系统四部分组成,本文讨论的重点是电梯远程监测中心系统和楼宇系统。在分析阐述电梯远程监测中心系统的分层结构的基础上,设计了电梯远程监测中心子系统中的主要功能模块,另外还详细介绍了电梯远程监测中心子系统的通讯模块设计及改进。在电梯远程监测中心系统稳定运行基础上,面向小区用户开发了电梯远程监测楼宇系统的主要模块。电梯远程监测楼宇系统根据小区用户的需求提出了组团的概念,并通过MDI方式实现了用户界面,使用户操作更加方便、灵活。目前,本系统已经在某电梯公司进行试运行,反映良好。
Along with increasing of the network's bandwidth and the speeding developing of computer technology, traditional elevator industry gets fresh blood. Network-oriented remote elevator monitor is a new research project.
    Elevator Remote Monitor is to monitor the elevator remotely through monitor system. Elevator Remote Monitor can help the elevator repairer fixing the elevator fault, greatly reducing the parking time of elevator.
    This paper mainly discusses Network-oriented Remote Elevator Monitor System. Through carefully survey the current circumstance of remote elevator monitor around the world, this dissertation propose a Network-oriented remote elevator monitor system. This system is divided into three layers and then we go deep into each layer. On the base of stable running of Center System, we developed the main modules of Building System. Last, this paper concludes the shortcomings of the current system, and prospects future improvement.
