探析高校“考证族”

摘要
本文在田野调查的基础上，从人类学的视角出发，并结合其他学科的一些理论与方法，对“考证族”进行了探讨。“考证族”作为都市中的一个群体，对其进行研究，有着重要的学术和现实意义。
近年来，随着市场经济的发展、高校连年大幅扩招以及自主择业，毕业生就业竞争日趋激烈。广大在校生专业学习之余，为了应对严峻的就业形势，在求职路上加大自身的筹码，纷纷加入到“考证”行列。他们努力获取各种各样的资格证书，形成一定规模的校园“考证族”。与此同时，社会上推出了各行各业门类齐全的资格认证，“考证族”队伍愈来愈庞大。
职业资格证书制度是指按照国家制定的职业技能标准或任职资格条件，通过政府部门认定的考核鉴定机构，对劳动者的技能水平或职业资格进行客观公正、科学规范的评价和鉴定，并给合格者授予相应职业资格证书的一种制度。
今天，职业资格证书已成为职场中人获得职位晋升及扩展事业的重要砝码，是人们趋之若鹜的“硬通货”。有人断言：“21世纪将是职业证书的时代。”考证对就业有用是毋庸置疑的。证书带给人们的，除了有关部门认定的权威性之外，更重要的是职业上的自信和安全感。
本文以都市中的一个特殊群体——高校学生中的“考证族”，为主要研究对象，同时又不局限于大学校园，而扩展到整个职场中人。笔者以人类学的视角对“考证族”的日常行为、价值取向、心理特征进行详尽的分析。对由“考证”而产生的各种现象做深入细致的观察和思考。本文运用参与观察、访谈和问卷调查等方法，来研究“考证族”参加考证的原因和目的。笔者进而分析了“考证族”复杂的心态和这种现象背后的社会文化因素。探索高校如何对“考证”现象给予正确的引导，以及当前大学教育、专业设置与市场经济需求存在的脱节。阐述了考证现象是利还是弊，是教育资源的浪费还是对专业学习的有益补充。我们需要适应市场经济发展的教育模式和专业设置，并合理配置有限的教育资源，进而培养出适应社会发展、促进社会主义建设的有用人才。
本文共分为五章。分别介绍了“考证族”的产生、发展与现状，论述了“考证族”发展壮大的原因，当今社会资格认证的种类和“考证族”的基本状况，对资格认证与学位证书的关系进行了分析，针对参加考证所造成的正负面影响，提出了具体的建议和对策。
