华力集团质量管理系统分析与优化

摘要
在当今的市场竞争条件下,质量的概念已经发生了根本性的变化。顾客是否满意成为衡量企业质量水平的唯一标准,凡是顾客提出的要求都可以被看作质量要求。而顾客的要求千变万化,所有的因素都可能成为顾客对企业提供的产品和服务的要求。在这种情况下,面对科学技术的飞速发展、竞争对手的巨大压力和企业自身的种种弊端,必须不断改进质量、完善质量管理系统,通过改进质量形成过程中各个环节的活动,能使产品、服务质量不断提高,不断满足顾客的要求,从而使企业始终保持有利的竞争地位。
     本文针对华力集团的质量管理系统展开研究,通过对过程管理、服务管理和检验管理等典型子系统的分析,查找其中存在的普遍性问题,分析其根源,并设计了质量目标管理系统、顾客满意度管理系统和质量教育系统,其目的就是引进先进的质量管理技术、导入先进的质量管理观念、提高质量管理系统的运行效果和运行效率。并且就今后的质量持续改进进行了理论研究。
     在深入调查的基础上,应用质量管理大师们的管理思想和管理工具,结合企业的实际情况,运用系统工程的理论,统计学的思想,信息管理学的基本知识,运筹学的方法,吸收组织行为学的观点,解决企业质量管理中面临的问题,指明质量管理的走向和方法。
     本文是站在企业高层质量管理者的角度,对机械制造业企业的质量管理系统的分析优化,是把质量管理理论和方法用于实践的一次有益的尝试,对机械制造业企业具有普遍的借鉴作用。
Under the position of intensely competitive market, the nature of the quality concept has changed.. It is the only standard judging the product quality of the enterprises whether can make customers satisfied. All the requirements of the customers that are diverse may be regarded as the needs of product quality. Facing the rapid progress of science, the pressures coming from the opponents and the shortages of the enterprises, it must improve the product quality and gradually make the quality control system more perfect. By improving all the processes that make products so as to meet the needs of customers, the enterprise can be in favorably competitive position. This paper is based on the research of the quality control system of HUALI Group. Through analyzing the subsystems such as process control system. Service control system and inspection control system, the writer manage to find out the common problem, analyze the resource and then design the quality goal control system, the control system of customers
    satisfying degree and quality education system so as to introduce the advanced quality control technologies and ideas and to improve the operating results and efficiency of quality control system. Other part of this paper is to do some theoretical research about continual quality improving. On the base of deep research, applying the quality control masters' managing ideas and tools, combining the actual position of HUALI Group with the knowledge of the system engineering, the statistics, the information managing, the operations research and the organization behavior, the writer mainly solves the quality control problems that the enterprises encountered and points out the direction and method of quality control.
    As the top executives point of view, this paper is a practice applying the quality control theories and methods and can be referred by other mechanical manufacturers.
