鲁能泰山电缆公司质量控制系统优化设计

摘要
在市场经济条件下，竞争的特点已由数量、价格等传统因素转变为质量，质量竞争将成为取胜的关键。面对不断变化的竞争对手和顾客需求，促使企业不断完善质量控制系统，提高质量、减少损失、增加效益，增强适应市场变化的应变能力，以保持自己的竞争实力。
同样道理，鲁能电缆公司对外要应对国内外竞争对手的挑战，对内要提升企业的管理水平，都需要建立一个有效的质量控制系统。通过提高产品的质量及质量的经济性，确保公司产品的品牌优势，在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地。
本文针对鲁能电缆公司的质量控制系统展开研究，仔细分析了企业的市场调研、产品设计、物料采购、生产制造、检验控制等过程对质量的影响，特别是人、机、料、法、环等因素的影响，探讨了企业现存的各种问题以及问题产生的根源。
在深入调查研究的基础上，运用系统理论、信息理论、数理统计理论、质量管理理论等，对质量管理体系、过程质量控制、质量信息管理、质量成本控制以及员工素质等方面存在的问题加以解决，提出对质量控制系统的优化方案和实施建议，力求实用、可操作性强。
Under the condition of market economy, the characteristics of competition have changed into quality from the traditional factors such as quantity and price. Quality will become the key to win victory by competition. Facing the constantly changeable rival and customer's demands, enterprise is impelled to perfect its quality control system constantly, that raises the quality, reduces loss and increases benefits, so as to strengthen the adaptabilities to changes of the market and keep one's own competition strength.
As a same reason, Luneng Taishan Cable Company wants to tackle the challenges of the domestic and international rivals and promote the management level of the enterprise, all these need to set up an effective quality control system. Through raising the product quality and quality economic, the brand advantage of the company's products is guaranteed, in order to occupy a tiny space in the fierce market competition.
This paper studies the quality control system of Luneng Taishan Cable Company, analyses the impact on quality from the courses of product designs, supplies purchase, manufacture, examine control, after-sale service etc., especially the factors such as people, machine, material, method and environment, In this paper, all the extant questions in the enterprise and their origins are conscientiously researched.
On the basis of ones that make investigations deeply, using system engineering theory, information theory, statistical process control technology and quality manage -ment theory, this paper solves the problems in quality management system, process control, quality information management, quality cost control and staff quality, gives the optimizing schemes and implementing proposition on quality control system.
