摘要

本文通过对国内外电力工业管理体制改革历程的回顾，分析了当
    前我国实施“厂网分开、竞价上网”以及培育发电侧电力市场、实行
    发电企业重组的必要性和重要性。针对目前国内发电企业构成现状，
    论证了实施发电企业重组应达到的基本要求，确定了重组的总体目
    标，在此基础上构造了我国发电企业重组的可能方案，并对其进行了
    分析、比较。在此过程中还就我国发电企业重组所面临的相关问题进
    行了简单分析，最后提出了与发电企业重组有关的若干建议。
In this paper, we have analysis that it is necessary and important to carry into execution the reform of detach generate enterprise from electric net and breed market of generate electricity side, and also recombine the generate electricity enterprise. Aimed at actuality of the composing of generate electricity enterprise in our country, we have demonstrated the basic require of generate electricity recombine, and ensured the goal of recombine, constructed the project, at the same time have analysis and compared the projects. At last, some suggests has been brought forward.
