型腔模具计算机辅助报价关键技术研究

摘要
模具是现代制造技术的重要装备,其水平标志着一个国家或企业的制造水平和生产能力。随着现代工业发展和产品更新换代周期的急剧缩短,模具的需求量日益增长,模具工业在整个国民经济发展中的作用愈来愈显著。模具的定价是否合理不仅关系到用户的切身利益,而且还关系到制造商的盈利水平、市场竞争策略的制订以及预定的经营目标是否能够顺利实现等。因此,模具价格的制定是模具制造企业经营决策的重要内容之一。模具行业传统的以经验为主的报价方法,如类比法、工料比法等,存在经验依赖太大、难以规范化和标准化等缺点,而以计算为主的报价方法,如工时法,虽然报价精度高、报价过程规范、标准,但采用人工报价时,计算繁琐,比较费时,不能满足新形势下模具报价要求快速反应的需要。随着计算机技术、网络技术、数据库技术、预测技术、信息技术、等现代科学的发展,使得计算机辅助模具报价成为可能,因此研究新形势下模具工业的计算机辅助模具报价具有非常重要的、可行的、现实的意义。
     本文研究的型腔模具报价系统以型腔模具为研究对象,针对原有模具报价系统在信息输入、报价方法、网络化等方面存在缺陷的前提下而进行研究、改进的。通过可行的算法,该报价系统从产品制件工程图的DXF文件中自动提取模具报价所需信息,从而提高报价系统的自动化、智能化程度;在工时法报价方法的基础上,针对系列化产品的模具报价而提出了一种新的报价方法,即:几何相似计算法,该方法应用在系列化产品的模具报价时,具有报价精度高、简单适用等优点。
     本文根据上述思想主要进行了以下几个方面的研究:
     1.如何从产品制件工程图DXF文件中自动提取产品制件尺寸精度、表面粗糙度、形状复杂度等模具报价信息,生成面向模具报价的产品制件信息数据库。
     2.研究几何相似计算法的原理、公式推导过程,从而从理论上解决几何相似计算法的报价方法问题。
     3.系统数据库的创建和组织,包括标准模架库、标准件库、原材料库等数据库的创建和组织。
     4.系统安全性、可维护性研究。系统通过设计安全登录模块、数据维护模块,使系统本身更加安全、可靠,数据维护更加方便、高效。
     根据以上研究内容,本文以SYBASE公司的POWERBUILD+SQLANYWHERE为开发工具,在WINDOWS NT平台上开发实现了一个原型系统。
Moulds and dies are vital technical equipments in the field of modem manufacturing industry. Its level is the symbol of manufacturing level and throughput of a country or an enterprise. With the developing of the modern industry and the sharp shortening of the period of products updating, the demand of moulds and dies expands increasingly, which makes the roles more and more important in the development of all the national economy. The rationality of moulds and dies quotation is related to users' benefits, the makers'payoff, the formulation of the market competitive strategies, the reality of preconcerted aims, and so on. So determining the prices of moulds and dies properly is one of the most important contents of managerial decision-making for moulds and dies manufacturing enterprises. The conventional experience quotation methods of moulds and dies, such as quotation by the proportion of man-hour and materials, weighing, etc, have shortcoming such as depending too much on experience, difficulty in standar
    dization and normalization. Although the calculating quotation methods of moulds and dies, such as man-hour method, have high precision of quotation, and standard and normal process of quotation, they can't meet the requirement of rapid quotation in the new environment because complicated calculation process taks too much time, especially quoted by manual work. With the development of the modern science and technology, such as forecasting technique, computer science, network technique, information technique, database technique, etc, it becomes possible to realize Computer Aided Quotation of Moulds and Dies(CAQMD). Therefore, it is significant, feasible and practical to research CAQMD.
    The research object of the quotation system of moulds and dies in the dissertation is cavity moulds, and the system is brought forward and improved against the deficiency of present quotation system of moulds and dies in the aspect of information distilling, quotation method, network, etc. Through feasible arithmetic, the system distills quotation information automatically from the DXF files of workpiece drawings, which is to advance the extent of automatization and intelligentizing. On the base of man-hour quotation method, a new quotation method, geometry-similarity-calculation quotation method, is brought forward aiming at the mould quotation of serial product in the dissertation .This quotation method has the advantages of high quotation precision, simpleness and practicality in the application of mould quotation of serial product.
    Based on above, the following main problems are discussed in the dissertation: 1. Distill quotation information automatically such as dimension precision, surface finishment, shape complication, ect, from the DXF files of workpiece drawings, and create workpiece information database faced on mould quotation.
    
    
    2. Study the principle and formula derivation of geometry-similarity- calculation quotation method, which resolves some problem of geometry-similarity-calculation quotation method in theoretics.
    3. Organize and establish the databases of system, including standard mould frame database, standard part database, materials database, etc.
    4. Study the security and maintenance of system. The system is more secure and reliable, and is more convenient to maintain system data efficiently through the security- entering module and the data- maintenance module.
    According to above study, a prototype system is developed on the WINDOWS NT platform by POWERBUILD & SQLANYWHERE of SYBASE corporation.
