构建增值服务平台：整合供应链资源，提升价值链流程
摘要
本论文以美国独资第三方物流公司Younger Niche Logistics Shanghai Ltd．公
司为工程背景。通过对现代物流发展现状，物流的概念及理论架构，第三方物
流及国际物流的概念，物流的最新技术与装备的发展，电子商务概念对物流的
影响以及发展趋势——第四方物流，从第三方物流的战略、策略及运作等方面
进行论述。最后作了一个全面的结论总结，如何构建增值服务平台，在平台上
整合供应链资源，通过价值链提升增值服务。
This paper base on the operation of Younger Niche Logistics Shanghai Ltd., the USA wholly owner third party logistics company. The paper introduces the modern logistics status; the general logistics theory development and the modern logistics theory; the concept of 3PL and International Logistics; the latest technology and equipment development of logistics. Imports the e-business concept and e-business influence the logistics development to the future - lead logistics provider .The paper discuss from the strategy, tactics and operation of third party logistics. At last, it is made a final conclusion and it is match to the topic of this paper - how to set up value added service platform, how to restructure the supply chain resource at the platform, and improve the value added service of supply chain.
