纤维高强混凝土基本力学性能的试验研究

摘要
本文进行了钢纤维高强混凝土抗压性能、劈拉性能和剪切性能的试验研究,提出了适合于钢纤维高强混凝土力学性能特点的计算方法和相应的计算公式。主要研究成果如下:
     1、通过63个100×100×100mm、63个150×150×150mm、15个200×200×200mm、126个150×150×300 mm高强混凝土和纤维高强混凝土试件的试验,研究了纤维类型和体积率对高强混凝土立方体抗压性能、轴心抗压性能、弹性模量的影响。提出了不同种类纤维对高强混凝土抗压强度的影响系数和抗压强度的计算公式、非标试件的强度换算系数以及静压弹性模量与抗压强度的计算公式。
     2、通过63个100×100×100mm、63个150×150×150mm高强混凝土和纤维高强混凝土试件的试验,研究了纤维类型和体积率对高强混凝土立方试件劈拉性能的影响,探讨了劈拉强度与抗压强度的关系、尺寸效应对劈拉强度的作用、纤维体积率及纤维类型对劈拉破坏变形性能的影响,提出了不同种类纤维对高强混凝土劈拉强度的增强系数和劈拉强度的计算公式、非标试件的强度换算系数计算公式。
     3、通过84个100mm×100mm×400mm的高强混凝土和纤维高强混凝土梁式试件的试验,研究了纤维类型和体积率对高强混凝土抗剪性能的影响,探讨了抗剪强度与抗压强度的关系、抗剪强度与抗拉强度的关系以及纤维高强混凝土抗剪性能的剪力传递模型,提出了纤维高强混凝土抗剪强度与劈拉强度的关系式、抗剪强度与抗压强度的关系式、不同种类纤维对高强混凝土抗剪强度的增强系数以及抗剪强度的计算公式和剪力传递模型的表达式。
     本文的研究结果可为我国《纤维混凝土技术规程》的编制提供有益的资料。
An experimental research on the behavior of fiber reinforced high-strength concrete under compression, split and direct shear was performed in this paper. The calculating methods and corresponding formulas which suit the characteristics of the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced high-strength concrete were put forward. The main achievements are as follows:
    1. Through the experiments on 63 plain and fiber reinforced high-strength concrete specimens with the dimensions of 100×100× 100mm, 63 of 150×150×150mm, 15 of 200 × 200 × 200mm and 126 of 150 ×150×300 mm, the effects of fibers of different types and volume fractions on cubic compressive strength, axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of high-strength concrete were studied. Influence coefficients of different types of fibers on compressive strength of high-strength concrete were put forward. The calculating formulas of compressive strength, the strength conversion coefficients of specimens with different dimensions and the relationship between elastic modulus and compressive strength were built.
    2.Through the experiments on 63 plain and fiber reinforced high-strength concrete specimens with the dimensions of 100 ×100 × 100mm and 63 of 150×150 × 150mm, effects of fibers of different types and volume fractions on splitting properties of the cubic specimens of high-strength concrete were studied. The relationship between splitting tensile strength and compressive strength, the effect of specimen size on splitting tensile strength and the effect of type and volume fractions of fibers on behavior of the deformation of split failure were investigated. The strengthening coefficients of different types of fibers on the splitting tensile strength of high-strength concrete were obtained. Calculating formulas of splitting strength and conversion coefficients of the strength of specimens with different dimensions were put forward.
    3.Based on the test research of 84 plain and fiber reinforced high-strength concrete specimens with the dimensions of 100 ×100× 400mm, the effects of fibers of different types and volume fractions on shear properties of high-strength concrete were studied. The relationships of shear strength with compressive strength as well as splitting tensile strength were analyzed and corresponding formulas were put forward. Influence coefficients of different type fibers on shear strength of high-strength concrete were given. Calculating expression of shear strength and shear transfer model were presented.
    The results of the experimental investigation reported hi this paper can provide useful data for compiling the technical regulation for fiber reinforced concrete in China.
