我国勘察行业发展战略研究

摘要
本文应用战略管理理论和方法，结合机械工业部第三勘察研究院的自身特点，对三勘院的发展战略进行了研究。本文首先对国内外行业现状进行了对比分析，对三勘院所面临的外部环境进行了论述和预测。对其内部经营条件进行了分析。从而明确了三勘院面临的威胁和机会、竞争的优势和不足，并以此为基础建立了SWOT矩阵，提出了三勘院的战略发展目标和战略调整方向，对观念创新、结构调整、技术创新等六种战略的目标和途径分别进行了论述。本文的分析将为三勘院决策层提供大量的材料及相应的依据，对三勘院的可持续发展及第二次创业提供一定的帮助。在研究过程中，本文采用了比较分析的方法。实证分析与规范分析相结合的研究方法。
Consichering the characteristics of the Third Servey and Research Institute of Mechanical Industry Department (TSRIMID),the paper applives the theories and mehtods to researching the development of TRIMID. Firstly, the paper comparatively analyses the development situation of its partners domestic and outside, the narrates amd redocts the external enveronment that TSRIMID faces, analpses the inner operation condition of if.
