肉仔鸡硒、锰、碘缺乏症综合防治制剂应用研究

摘要
为了综合防治肉仔鸡微量元素硒、锰、碘缺乏症,在调查研究的基础上,研制出定量控释剂、散粉剂二种综合防治制剂。经预备试验筛选出二种剂型各2个配方进行增重试验、血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)检测、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)检测、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)和四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)检测、血液内元素含量测定、肌肉中元素含量测定、制剂安全性等试验研究。结果显示:定量控释Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组提高增重率最高可分别达23.8%和20.5%,散粉剂Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组提高增重率最高分别可达10.2%和18.6%,与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P <0.05);二种剂型对肉仔鸡血液GSH- Px和血清SOD均有不同程度的提高,与对照组相比,具有显著性差异(P <0.05);血清肌酸、甲状腺激素水平均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);血液微量元素含量在试验后15d、30d、45d与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),并能维持肉鸡经济生命终生(50-60日龄),二种剂型的制剂、添料辅料等进行安全性试验表明,肉仔鸡血常规指标如血红蛋白、红细胞等与对照组和正常生理指标相比,都在正常生理范围之内,试验组与对照组相比,均无显著性差异(P >0.05),出栏时对两种制剂试验组肌肉微量元素含量均在正常范围内,食用对人体是安全的。
     试验结果及生化生理指标检测研究表明,二种剂型防治制剂均能提高肉仔鸡的抗氧化能力,减少某些器官的微观损伤,增强免疫力,降低死亡率,促进肉仔鸡的生长,对肉仔鸡微量元素缺乏病的防治是安全有效的;同时还可以防治由此而继发的其他疾病,是在养禽业生产中具有广泛使用价值的新型防治制剂。
In order to control trace elements selenium, manganese and iodine deficiency in broiler,both microelement Pill and Power PreParation were devised as synthetic control PreParation based on relative investigation and research , and made from NaSeO3, KI ,CuSo4,ZnO and MnSO4, which were then evaluated by series exPeriment and tests in broiler, including weight gain record, all microelements determination in blood and muscle, the activity of glutathione Peroxides (GSH-Px) and suPeroxidase dismutase (SOD) examination in blood, and also trial of safety and toxicity,the results showed that the maximum weight gain rate achieved to 20.5% and 23.8% in two test grouPs treated with microelement Pill; the highest weight gain rate of other two Power PreParation grouPs were 10.2% and 18.6% seParately; both weight gain rates in test grouP were significantly higher than control grouP (P<0.05); the activity of GSH-Px and SOD increased in both tyPes of PreParation were remarkably higher than that in control grouPs (P<0.05); level of serum creatine and ithyroxinen in 2 test grouPs were obviously higher than that in control grouP(P<0.05); the blood microelements in both test grouPs were also higher than that in control grouP (P<0.05) after 15d, 30d and 45d, and maintained to the whole economic life of broiler; the safety exPeriment showed that all indexes, such as Hb and RBC in test grouP, were in normal PHysiological scoPe without any differences comParing with control grouP. The level of the muscle microelement in broiler was in the normal range in both exPerimental grouPs, it indicated that the new PreParation were safe to the customer.
     Above results indicated that both PreParations could increase antioxidant ability, enhance immunity, reduce micro-damage in certain organs, also could Promote broilers growth. it was safe and effective in treatment and controlling microelement deficiency in broiler, and could be also used to control other secondary diseases caused by microelement deficiency, so it could be used extensively in Poultry Production.
