基于Windows 2000的Real流媒体技术的网络教学系统设计与实现

摘要
随着电子信息技术的发展，人类社会从农业社会、工业社会过渡到信息社会，电子信息技术对于社会的发展产生了深远的影响，尤其是以计算机为基础的网络技术。目前，计算机越来越得到普及，通过Internet进行学习，已成为一种学习的主流。信息技术正朝着多媒体、网络化、智能化和虚拟化的方向发展。网络和多媒体技术的发展以及互联网的迅速崛起，给远程教育带来了新的机遇。由于当前网络带宽的限制，流式媒体无疑是最佳的选择，学生可以在家通过一台计算机、一条电话线、一只Modem就可以参加到远程教学中来。流式媒体的出现弥补了过去网页上只有枯燥、乏味、抽象的文本和图形的局限，推进了网络教学的进一步深入。本文首先阐述了世界各国和我国远程教育的发展。在第二部分说明了目前网络课件存在的问题、Real流媒体技术。第三部分论述了基于Windows 2000的Real流媒体技术的远程教学系统设计的理论基础，即建构主义学习理论、个别化学习理论和发现学习理论。第四部分重点论述了笔者设计的基于Windows 2000的Real流媒体技术远程教学系统，包括系统的组成、系统的功能模块、网络课程的设计与实现、视频点播课件的设计与实现、用SMIL同步多媒体集成语言构造同步课件和文献资源查询系统的设计等几部分，构筑了一个多媒体化的网络教学平台，设计制作了两门网络课程，用SMIL语言及编程语言实现视频课件点播等。本文在基于现代网络技术的基础上，构筑了基于Windows 2000的Real流媒体技术的远程教学系统，它对于优化学习资源、促进学生的学习起到积极的作用。
With the development of electronic information technology, human goes through from agriculture, industry to information society. Electronic information technology, especially the network technology based on computer, affects the society's development deeply. Computer becomes more and more popular and the study through internet has become one of the current studies. Information technology is developing to multimedia, network, intelligence and unreality. The fast development of network, multimedia and Internet brings new chances to distance education. Because the limit of Internet bandwidth, streaming media is without doubt the best choice. Students can participate the distance education through a computer, a telephone wire and a modem. The emergence of streaming media compensates the limit of frontpage's dull, abstract text instead of lively, distinct video and audio. It also promotes Internet education's development deeply. This article firstly expounds the development of distance education in China and all the other countries. Secondly, this article explains the questions on Internet courseware now and Real streaming media technology. Thirdly, this article discuss the theory basis of distance instruction system of Real streaming technology based on Windows 2000,such as constructivism studying theory, individual studying theory and discovery studying theory. At last, this article emphasizes on the distance instruction system of Real streaming technology based on Windows 2000,including the system components, function module, design and realization of internet courses, video on demand, courseware and synchronic courseware with SMIL(Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language) language and documentary searching system and so on. The article describes a network studying flat and designs two network courses and realizes the video on demand with SMIL and other language. This article constructs the instruction system of the Real streaming media technology based on Windows 2000 and modem network technology. It
