塑料模具材料远程选择优化专家系统的研究与开发

摘要
信息技术的发展带动了现代管理信息系统和专家系统方法和手段的不断更新。随着Internet的迅猛发展和Intranet在企业中的普及,Web日益成为人们信息交流的重要工具,在Web上发布数据库作为一项重要的数据库技术也得到了繁荣的发展。本文围绕着“塑料模具材料远程选择优化专家系统”的设计和开发,深入的阐述了Web数据库技术的发展及数据库的实现方法。作者遵循数据库设计的基本原则,以软件工程为指导,经过对数据的概念结构、逻辑结构的分析研究,以ASP技术开发动态网站,采用SQL Server2000为基础的DBMS,设计完成了符合企业运行特点的塑料模具材料远程选择优化专家系统。
     本课题的主要内容是以B/S结构为基础建立基于Web数据库的塑料模具材料远程选择优化专家系统,使异地终端能够通过网络在客户端进行塑料模具材料浏览查询、塑料模具材料选择优化等操作,系统可给出符合用户条件的被选的主要材料的技术资料,如化学成分、热处理工艺及性能等,以及一些被选材料在行业中实际应用的良好效果等资料,并组成用户技术文件,以便于用户进行材料购买、加工和应用;专业人员能够进行相应的管理。
     本文重点作了下述工作:
     (1)收集国内外塑料模具行业专家经验与知识,构造本系统的组成框架和设计方案;
     (2)对数据进行概念结构设计,经过抽象和集成得到整体数据库的概念结构,进而将其转化为DBMS所支持的数据模型,建立了266个数据文件并输入了相关的数据(数据文件名称列表参见附录2)。
     (3)通过ADO、ODBC技术实现Web服务器与塑料模具材料数据库系统的连接,从而保证了塑料模具材料数据库系统和各终端之间信息的双向传递;
     (4)在服务器端利用ASP技术建立塑料模具材料远程选择优化专家系统交互界面,通过标准数据库查询语言,客户能对数据库中的塑料模具材料信息进行查询(程序文件列表参见附录1);

    性、不砚定性等需求的跟踪算法进行了论证并给出计算示例。
With the development of information technology, the method for developing modern MIS (Management Information System) and Expert System is very rapid. The development of Internet in the world and the spreading application of Intranet in enterprises make the Web which is one of the information communication tools become more and more important. They also lead to the prosperity and improvement of Web-based database technology. The development and design of "remote optimization ES of plastic die material based on Web database" is presented in the paper, which also gives an in-depth study on the development of Web database technology and the database implementation. Following the basic principles of database design and guided by software engineering, remote optimization ES of plastic die material to meet the needs of enterprises was designed after the research of conceptual and logical structure of data, in which ASP is employed to develop active website and DBMS based on SQL server was designed.
    The main content of the project is to design "remote optimization ES of plastic die material based on Web database" which is based on B/S mode. Clients can conduct such operations as inquiries and optimization selection of plastic die materials and so on. The ES gives information of selected plastic die materials, which can meet users' needs, such as chemical components, heat treatment techniques and performances. It also gives some information of selected materials, which have been proved to be effective in industry. The information consists of the users' technique files that is convenient for users to purchase, manufacture and make use of the materials. Technicians can conduct management according as well.
    The main content of the article is involved as follows: (1) The construction of system's frame and design scheme after the process of
    
    
    
    collecting experts' experiences and knowledge in the industry of plastic dies at home and abroad;
    (2)Concept structure of the whole database after the process of data abstraction and integration, which has previously been concept structure designed and the ensuring data model transferred to be supported by DBMS, constructing 266 data files and inputting data (data files referred to Appendix 2);
    (3)The connection between Web server and plastic die material database system realized by ADO, ODBC technology, which will guarantee the mutual information transportation between the database system and different terminals; (4) Interactive user interface of remote optimization selection ES of plastic die material is built by ASP technology on the server-side; The construction of Web server; The functions that will enable clients to inquire information of plastic die materials in the database system by using standard DB inquiry language (program files referred to Appendix 1).
    (5)User Management System is built by ASP technology on the server-side. User's register and logging is accepted and the user permission for different group is designed (program files referred to Appendix 1);
    The connection between Web server and plastic die material database system realized by ADO, ODBC technology, which will guarantee the mutual information transportation between the database system and different terminals; (6)Further study of Expert System is discussed and the implementing reasoning base on plastics mould material selection Neural Networks is put forward and key problems is also discussed. According to the requirements of sustainability, extended knowledge frame of mould selection and track algorithm meeting the requirements of dynamics, history, structuralism, illegibility, unintegrity and uncertainty are verified and corresponding examples are also put forward.
