高级控制软件的开发及应用研究

摘要
随着控制理论和现代工业技术的飞速发展,工业过程控制开始从传统的控制技术向各种高级控制技术转变,其中以模糊控制技术和预测控制技术应用最为广泛。论文共分为两部分:
     第一部分针对模糊控制和预测控制技术,介绍了高级控制软件的设计过程,对软件结构和实现功能等方面做了详细论述。同时阐述了控制系统的各种仿真算法的计算机实现方法,并通过相应的仿真实例验证仿真算法的正确性;
     第二部分介绍一种新型预测控制算法—模糊预测控制(PFC)在水泥回转窑分解炉出口温度控制中的应用情况,并给出了实际应用效果。应用结果表明,模糊预测的控制方法不仅能有效地提高控制精度,而且能节约燃煤,提高水泥熟料的分解率。
With the rapid development of control theory and modern industry , more and more Advanced control technology has been applied to industry process control, especially the Fuzzy control and the Predictive control technology.
    This dissertation includes two parts:
    Firstly, this thesis introduces the design of Advanced control software, which is developed by myself, and illustrates the structure and function of this software. In addition, all kinds of computer simulation algorithms of the software are discussed in it, which are approved validate by simulation experimentation.
    Secondly, a new kind of control algorithm, the Fuzzy predictive control (FPC) method is proposed. It is applied to design a control system of decomposing furnace exit temperature in Cement rotary kiln. The application result demonstrates that the FPC control system has improved the performance of control scheme evidently.
