引信防雨的等效靶板模拟及其存储测试方法研究

摘要
本文分析了雨场和雨滴的各种特性,给出了雨滴降落速度的计算公式,利用外弹道学的理论研究了引信头部触发区在弹道上与雨滴碰撞的频率,同时还采用统计学手段对雨场仿真的方法进行了研究。考虑到引信防雨装置设计和防雨性能考核的实际需要,本文还对引信碰雨与引信碰靶板之间的等效方法进行了研究,按照动量等效的方法推导出了等效靶板厚度的计算公式,并计算出了不同情况下的等效靶板厚度的数值。最后基于引信碰雨及等效靶板试验过程的测试需要,对存储测试方法在冲击测试中的应用进行了研究,设计了弹上存储测试系统,通过模拟冲击试验验证了存储测试方法的可行性,同时测得了冲击加速度曲线。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of rainfield and raindrops, gives -formulae to calculate falling velocity of raindrops, studies the frequency of raindrops hitting detonating area of fuzes head on ballistic trajectory based on the theory of exterior ballistics and uses statistical theory to study methods of rainfield simulation. Considering actual demands by rain insensitive device designing and rain insensitive performance appraising, this paper also studies equivalent methods among the process of fuzes impacting raindrops and that of fuzes impacting target. According to momentum equivalent method, corresponding equivalent principles have been worked out and derive formulae to calculate the thickness of equivalent targets of different materials, then in term of these formulae the thickness of equivalent targets in different status are figured out and listed in the tables. Finally demanded by testing the process of raindrops impacting the rain insensitive device and. the projectile impacting target, this paper designes one set of memorized measuring system, which is used inside projectile. Tried by simulative impacting experiment, the feasibility of memorized measurement technology is validated. At the same .time, the acceleration-time curves are tested when projectile impacts the aluminum board.
